I highly recommend W.C. Borchelt & Sons. I was very pleased by the entire process from the initial visit, to the finished product. During the initial visit, I had made several requests of items I wanted covered in the work. When I received my quote for the work, each item was listed in detail. The larger chain company I used as my competitive quote did not take a single note of any of my specific requests saying the installer will worry about that. This made it clear from the start I would be in better care with W.C. Borchelt & Sons. Now that my AC unit, furnace, and water heater have all been replaced, I am extremely happy with the quality of work. All of the staff was extremely respectful and helpful throughout the entire installation.

Not very thorough and informative with answering questions. Came in checked it out made excuses for not having the right equipment to do his job. And left with telling me he'll charge $ 500. Without a proper diagnosis. B.S. home comfort experts have become like every other corporation. Take the customers money and run and leave us without solutions. SHAME on HC.

Professional, courteous, and they fixed the problem. However, a disappointing choice of options. To fix my outside drain they could only jet (twice as expensive). They never looked or asked about my inside plumbing. I told them I thought the problem was outside, but what do I know!For a permanent solution, the only offered was a near 20k total line replacement. Three other companies have looked at me like I was crazy when I explain Summers’ recommendation. In addition, they have offered a variety of other options to solve the issue.

This is my first time having Korte’s come and do maintenance and service on my Kohler generator. They showed up in the time frame they said they would and I was very impressed with Ryan M. with his knowledge and professionalism. I would definitely have him back if need be.
