We had our drywall done in the bathroom and the work was done quick but efficient. Every other place told us they were booked out at least a week in advance and we were able to call 1 & Done and have someone come out the following day that we called.

House built in the later 1800's with enough set issues I had to get my lines cleared every 6 months due to roots and other issues. Bright these guys in, found out one of my lines was cracked and over 50% blocked, and they literally got on my roof and went through the vent to find out I had a major blockage that several competitors had missed. The other guys wanted $150+ to get the camera in my lines, FW Pipeline did it for free and saved me over $5k. Been a year and haven't had an issue, for the first time in 12 years. Couldn't recommend more, one of the all time best experiences I've had as a home owner.

My furnace fan blower motor went out Saturday night, and I called at 7am Sunday morning. The technician showed up shortly after and had it fixed in less than an hour. He was very professional and I appreciate him being considerate of his time spent on the work in order to keep the cost low. I feel like like most would take advantage of the weekend/abnormal hours rate.

We were using a different local company and kept having the same issue multiple times a year. We decided to try Northeast Mechanical Services and they were able to quickly locate the root of the issue and resolve it. I am SO thankful. We will be customers for life.

Had to put a new furnace in my home, so I got 3 different quotes from local HVAC guys, MJM Mechanical was the cheapest so I went with them. They were very polite, on time and answered all my questions very patiently. When the day finally came to put in the furnace, the arrived prepared with all the proper papers and permits. They were very respectful while they installed the system. Cleaned up after themselves and left me very happy with a new furnace that works great. Would recommend to everyone.

Amazing customer service!!! Mark H. was very professional and courteous and told me exactly was was going on all the way through the process. I also had a water softener installed in a very tight footprint and he was able to make it all work! Would recommend them again and again!

We had 2” of water standing in our basement and had no idea why. They sent a technician within 20 minutes, and he was very professional and had us draining again within the hour. I would absolutely recommend them.

David exceeded expectations set by any other company we've ever used for our too frequent sewer back ups. First, he was early for his specific appointment time, no 2-4 hour windows. He was super friendly and, most importantly, he even helped clean up the mess in the bathroom. He asked for more towels, a fan and extension cord to keep our floors from being ruined. I was just going to wait for my husband to get home to take care of all that, now we're 5 hours ahead on drying out the space. We'll definitely spread your name.

We just moved into a new house and were having issues with keeping it cool despite everything seeming to work properly.
