Roto-rooter showed up right on time. Gave a quote after looking at drain problem. Then they found that a section of kitchen drain was installed backwards hindering drainage and the use of their equipment. The techs then in formed me of the problem and offered to fix it for a small fee. Great job guys! Even cleaned up all of the mess they made. Very happy to use roto-rooter in the future. First call i make will be to them.

Complete replacement of furnace and air conditioner in about seven hours!WOW!!!New system apparently working as promised. Old system is gone without a trace.WOW!!!Duct cleaning like I've never seen it before. Easy and AWESOME!WOW!!!We will welcome any such pleasant and effective professionals every chance we get ... but it could be another couple decades before we need to see them again. Sure hope the word gets out on their competence so that others can benefit from such excellence. In fact excellence happens to be characteristic of everyone I've met from Home Comfort Experts!

It's been quite sometime that I have seen all the above in a company.

The gentlemen were very professional and up front with cost of services. However, they were unable to clear the line. Although the did try for a long time to clear it but thing they found a spot that got them stuck. So they put everything back together and packed up. The did not charge due to lack of success. I am happy they tried and gave me some recommendations for other companies to try.

It takes a lot for me to write a bad review. Absolutely do NOT use this company. I had some work done through my warranty company back in January 2019. They never submitted the claim but took the $100 deductible I paid. I have been fighting with my warranty company to cover the repair cost of the two holes in my ceiling from the plumbing fix because Jason from Simply Water Heaters never sent in the Service Report. I have called them several times a week and spoke with Erica who says they sent it but then clarified they actually only sent in the dimensions of the holes they cut open. Jason keeps saying he will call me but never does, they won't give ME a copy of the service report, and no one can give me a better break down of the bill because I'm now totally skeptical and wondering if they over charged me and walked away from submitting it to the warranty company.

I am SO sick of calling and begging someone to help me here, all I'm asking is for some information and no one can be bothered.
