Replaced my old tankless water heater with a new high efficiency electronic one, required a lot of repiping and venting. Job done professionally and appears to be working better than the old one ever did.

Austin G and Jordan came by for what I thought was going to be a really horrible and expensive repair on a Sunday and did an AMAZING job and relieved all the anxiety I had. The prices were stellar, and the customer service was A+. They had the problem solved within 30 minutes of arriving. This is the second time we have called Rolf Griffin, and will absolutely do it again if we ever need someone.

Mike and his associate did a fantastic job moving our AC unit so we can have our deck built. Not only did they do a great job but they exceeded our expectations and set it up on top of black weatherproof base that I was not expecting. My AC is working again, it’s now away from the deck, and it looks much better. They are very professional, and I would highly recommend them.

This company is an absolute joke. Not once, but twice we’ve tried to use them through our home warranty service. First attempt to use them, for a simple water heater repair it was going to take 2 weeks to send someone out. Couldn’t wait that long. 2nd time, I submitted a ticket with our warranty company. They kept telling me we are sending messages to our techs, no return calls from the techs after 36 hours. Now, we have to pay out of pocket because of this poor customer service.
