Best Heating System Maintenance in Fort Wayne IN

Everything about our new HVAC experience with Coe was perfect. On the sales end last year, they were the only vendor who actually sat down in my kitchen and explained the various options (including more expensive option they said we really didn’t need). After one year, we had our first service and that was excellent as well. Lot’s of HVAC options in the Fort, but I highly recommend Coe.

Always very professional so I get my tune ups through them also. They also don't price gouge.

We found ourselves in a pickle when it was 95 degrees and our A/C went out on a Friday night. After a long wait to get a service tech to our house, we found out that we needed a new AC unit. We were quoted anywhere from $10k-$20k from other vendors. Eventually, our friends recommended John at MJM. We talked on the phone and he offered to come out that evening to look over what we had. He talked with me for almost an hour, explaining the differences in systems, what we need, what we don't need, options available and also suggested waiting until after Labor day when more incentives and rebates are available. We just had our new Furnace and AC installed for far less than any other HVAC company could offer. The service/install team was amazing. Super fast, but detailed. They didn't make much of a mess, but cleaned everything up and left everything looking great and most importantly we have a super efficient system for 1/2 the cost of the other guys. John and team were great and best of all, I now have a HVAC company that I can trust and rely on for any future needs. Highly recommend giving MJM a call to help with any HVAC or plumbing needs.

Great Service all the way around. Initial consultation with a knowledgeable and courteous rep which convinced me to have the installation done by them. Prompt service and hard working installers showed up the next day. Very satisfied with the level of service and the staff of professionals.

This is the best plumbing, heating and A/C company in Fort Wayne: they do everything plumbing. drain, heating, A/C and electrical.. The residential tech I had was Mark, he is honest, reliable and dependable. He bends over backwards to find a solution he goes above and beyond what is required of him. He is very polite he answers all my questions without making me feel stupid because I don’t know much about plumbing and heating but he takes the time to explain so that I know what’s going on. If there is a problem he gives me options . He is upfront about the costs there are no hidden charges. I have dealt with other companies similar to this in the past and this is by far the best one that I have ever found and Mark is the best tech that has ever worked on my equipment. Called them to do an inspection on my geothermal. $80 fee to come out then another $60 for five minutes of troubleshooting only to try to charge $400 to install a capacitor that I ordered for $12 on Amazon. Not impressed.

They were responsive, the tech was clean, polite, knowledgeable, and personable. Just very expensive.

It takes a lot for me to write a bad review. Absolutely do NOT use this company. I had some work done through my warranty company back in January 2019. They never submitted the claim but took the $100 deductible I paid. I have been fighting with my warranty company to cover the repair cost of the two holes in my ceiling from the plumbing fix because Jason from Simply Water Heaters never sent in the Service Report. I have called them several times a week and spoke with Erica who says they sent it but then clarified they actually only sent in the dimensions of the holes they cut open. Jason keeps saying he will call me but never does, they won't give ME a copy of the service report, and no one can give me a better break down of the bill because I'm now totally skeptical and wondering if they over charged me and walked away from submitting it to the warranty company.

I am SO sick of calling and begging someone to help me here, all I'm asking is for some information and no one can be bothered.
