Everything about our new HVAC experience with Coe was perfect. On the sales end last year, they were the only vendor who actually sat down in my kitchen and explained the various options (including more expensive option they said we really didn’t need). After one year, we had our first service and that was excellent as well. Lot’s of HVAC options in the Fort, but I highly recommend Coe.

Josh was very knowledgeable and professional. I’ve been looking for a company to take care of my yearly furnace and air conditioner maintenance and I’m glad Northeast Mechanical was recommended to me.

J L MORY misrepresented their verbal service contract. In fact I never received a written service contract. When I needed service, I was charged for the service, which was told, no service charge, only for discounted parts. Really! I recommend that do business with their competitors, for example J F Miller - I am a dissatisfied customer stuck with an costly service contract ☹️

Both Kirk and Brandon were very helpful and responsive. They did great work and were very professional. I will use their services again!

Wanted to thank the nice folks at Sheets Central Air for another great spring inspection of my house ac system - Tyler was professional and knowledgeable. Also, wanted to thank the nice office folks, Paig, Anita and Jamie. Wanted to add a follow up - the weather was unseasonable chilly last Friday, so Tyler came back today to check the level of the R22 refrigerant – and did add additional R22 – But for me, it impressive to see a company and employee care about their customers as Sheets Air Conditioning, Heating and Plumbing. Great to do business with a locally owned company with great employees like Tyler.

Cameron N. did an wonderful job with the maintenance of our heating system. We have used this company several times for our air conditioner, water softener and water heater. We highly recommend their service!

We called Summers when our well pump went out. Bailey was able to come out the same day and diagnosed the problem. He explained all the options for the repair very well and was able to schedule the work the same week. Bailey and Zach and a well specialist came back and replaced the pump quickly. They then explained everything and answered all our questions. They were very professional and knowledgeable. We were only without water for two days.We would recommend Summers.

David and Nathan came over this morning for some light electrical work as well as trenching power for a new spa. They arrived early, worked hard, great quality, and even did their best to fix the ground that was disrupted for the trench. I didn't have anyone else quote the job so I can't speak to price/value; however, I would not want anyone else doing the work.
