We had our drywall done in the bathroom and the work was done quick but efficient. Every other place told us they were booked out at least a week in advance and we were able to call 1 & Done and have someone come out the following day that we called.

House built in the later 1800's with enough set issues I had to get my lines cleared every 6 months due to roots and other issues. Bright these guys in, found out one of my lines was cracked and over 50% blocked, and they literally got on my roof and went through the vent to find out I had a major blockage that several competitors had missed. The other guys wanted $150+ to get the camera in my lines, FW Pipeline did it for free and saved me over $5k. Been a year and haven't had an issue, for the first time in 12 years. Couldn't recommend more, one of the all time best experiences I've had as a home owner.

My furnace fan blower motor went out Saturday night, and I called at 7am Sunday morning. The technician showed up shortly after and had it fixed in less than an hour. He was very professional and I appreciate him being considerate of his time spent on the work in order to keep the cost low. I feel like like most would take advantage of the weekend/abnormal hours rate.

Jimmy was the MAN. From call to finish it was only 2 hours.

Had to put a new furnace in my home, so I got 3 different quotes from local HVAC guys, MJM Mechanical was the cheapest so I went with them. They were very polite, on time and answered all my questions very patiently. When the day finally came to put in the furnace, the arrived prepared with all the proper papers and permits. They were very respectful while they installed the system. Cleaned up after themselves and left me very happy with a new furnace that works great. Would recommend to everyone.

The fan on my air handler quit working, so I called Poorman's. Had someone at my house within hours. Justin did a great job, very professional, had us running in good time. Will definitely call Poorman's again if I ever need anything.

Rude and mean for absolutely no reason.

I was having all kinds of trouble with my sewer pipes draining. I searched plumbers in the Fort Wayne yellow pages and made several calls. Roto-Rooter was the most reasonably priced and, to my surprise, they were here within an hour after I called. The tech was friendly and explained everything to me. Very happy with the service we received!

Great service as always. Been a customer for 20 years. Great company. Courteous technicians. Matthew Berg was our tech this time. Excellent job he did. Would recommend Rolf Griffin to anybody with heating and air problems. Or buying new equipment.

Carson Fisher was our technician for today. He came out to see what was going on with our bathroom plumbing. Something had detached and things weren’t flowing as they should. He did what needed to be done to fix the issue and my family and I are thankful.

Would recommend to anyone looking for a quality job within a short time frame. I called at 11pm, and David was at my house within 30 minutes. He immediately jumped into the job with no hesitation and no worry about the mess my backed up drain caused. Very professional and knowledgeable, and didn't mind me watching in awe as he pulled globs of the previous owners lady products and roots from my drain. Diagnosis was made quickly and only after trying to repair the old heater. I watched the entire time and know the effort made to not make an expensive repair.The techs who installed the new heater were on schedule and did a good job. They were neat and thorough. Highly recommend.
