Called at around 7 AM and got an appointment between 10:30 to 12:30. The plumbers arrived shortly before 10:30, listened to my description of the problem and what was needed to be done. I called him for am estimate and was extremely rude. He cussed like a sailor and basically said, just because he is going to come out here and do a free estimate, that I'm at the back of the line for him. He doesn't understand that people have to be comfortable with the person they hire, he expected me to hire him over the phone. Totally unprofessional, and rude. Never hire a person that doesn't know how a business works
