Great experience. I priced EP appliance repair with two other companies. George quoted me a price over $400 less for a water heater replacement. Other companies in town seemed to want to tack on a lot of extra fees. Pulling permits with the city for a water heater replacement???

If you are looking for a quality job, this company is by far the one to go with. Yes, it is slightly more money, but if you are looking for a plumber that is going to do the job right these are the people for you. Quality service, friendly, thorough and everything you could want in a plumber.

Amazing service, fast and professional! We needed their service on a Thursday night, which they were unavailable, but they were at our house by Friday morning. Called at around 7 AM and got an appointment between 10:30 to 12:30. The plumbers arrived shortly before 10:30, listened to my description of the problem and what was needed to be done. They promptly took care of the problem and left everything in working order. Very professional and courteous crew. I will definitely call them again.

I was very pleased with the services provided by this company. The leak was detected the next day. The leak was exactly where it was marked with an x by this company. This prevented by office and hallway floors to be destroyed. The leak was in the walkway into the front porch of the house. Great job
