Called to schedule an appointment to see about a leak and yes they called but when I answered the message they said I responded 2 late so they couldn't go so I'll take my business to a plumber that will really want my business!

My mastercool motor gave out on 4th of July and when the next day came I googled handymen in el paso and the Honey Dew Done team came to the rescue. they immediately knew what was wrong and offered additional services including the pad and belt change. These guys are Fast, Friendly, Knowledgeable. They are very budget friendly priced. They do not cut corners or b.s. you. If you want real information on them, look them up on Home advisor, or the Better Business Bureau. Home Advisor has over 100+ ratings and reviews for them, and the BBB has them with an A+ standing. I will never again waste time calling around for a plumbing repair. Pro Plumbers have been saved to my contacts on my phone and bookmarked on my computer. American Leak Detection identified the leak incorrectly. Their invoice says they will return to retest for up to 30 days if they get it wrong. We tried to call them back and they will not answer their phones or reply to emails. This company is not trustworthy and will steal your money.

Worst service ever, they get to your house to fix the problem and start to work on a very expensive estimate without even notify you the price or the point of the problem!, I guess they expect you have all the money in that moment.
Fortunately we could stop them to keep working and just pay for the visit which was an irrational amount comparing the work they did.
The guy in charge is extremely rude, look for another company if you like a good customer service.

THE SAME DAY OUR WATER HEATER WAS FIXED WITH ONLY REPLACING SOME PARTS, PROVING A&P PLUMBING WAS TRYING TO GET ADVANTAGE SELLING A NEW WATER HEATER WHEN THERE WAS NO NEED.
