Best Water Heater Problem in El Paso TX

I called to have gas dryer connected properly after slight gas leak was detected after it was installed by delivery men a week earlier. Rodela and Sons was to do it 2 days later, but then they contacted me to call gas company to have gas leak checked. I didn't know gas company would show up on weekends, but they did and shut off gas to dryer. Rodela and Sons helped me be safe.

Two days later, Rodela and Sons Plumbing reconnected gas dryer properly. A plumbing issue arose over the weekend and they were able to unclog a toilet and sink.

All work done and charges were reasonable. I hope not to have a plumbing need in the future but should it happen, I will call them again. I highly recommend them. Thank you!

I just waste 4 hours of my time waiting for this company to show up. If you are like me, that I work and I don’t have time to waste, dont bother to call them, get someone else, that at least let you know that they are not coming to your house for any reason. Acabo de perder 4 horas de mi tiempo esperando que llegue esta compañía a mi casa. Si eres como yo, que trabajo y que no tengo tiempo para desperdiciar, no te molestes en llamarlos, mejor busca a alguien mas que valore tu tiempo y al menos te avise que no van a llegar a tiempo o simplemente que no pueden ir.

Please go somewhere else, don't waste your money, I had my water heater installed in October and I've been having problems with it it has been a total headache it keeps turning on and off all the time. Adrian did the installation well to make story short i called him once and he sent me one of his technicians so the water heater started working again because he did something differently anyways my water heater stopped working again last month and I called them again he said he would send someone over, that NEVER happened so my husband managed to turn it back on, now it stopped working again and he refuses to answer my calls he put a restriction on his phone, PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, WHAT COMPANY DOES THAT, THEY CLAIM TO BE VERY BUSY, I ADVICE YOU TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

New Age plumbing was called on January 2020 to unplug our sewer line. They used their camera to check for the blockage and the sewer snake was put in from the roof, the toilet trap and from the out door clean out. The problem could no be fixed. They suggested to use a jetter to flush out the line. After paying over three hundred dollars they said that it would cost another five hundred dollars. Again in February 24 they were called again. They ran two different sewer snakes from the soil stack on the roof and the out door clean out. The problematic sewer line was located but nothing could be done. I was charged $365.00 for this call. And again they suggests the $500.00 jetter service. I my self used my own jetter and fix the problem the first time. This time our son used our jetter to fix the problem. Now the only blockage is in the master bedroom shower. All they can do is trying to find the blockage for another $250.00. Will not use this company again.

I am so grateful to Choice Plumbing USA, they came out and completed the replacement of my water heater the same day I called. Cesar and his staff were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I appreciated their quick responsiveness to my situation and would recommend them to anyone ;0)

Technician said our insurance would not cover requested service. The problem was clearly defined in the work order, so I wonder why they sent someone out in the first place, or at least call to let us know. Then, he said he'd do the work for $89 plus the $75 deductible. Wait a minute. Why do you need the deductible if the insurance doesn't cover it. Red flags were popping up, so I declined. Then, he wanted me to sign an invoice for his service fee. I laughed...and declined. This guy was a joke.
