These plumbers ruined my entire spring break. They are rude. They literally argued with me and don't take ownership for their mistakes. If they tell you 12PM, you better cancel all your plans, because they are always late. They need to be reported!

They have taken care of our plumbing needs for years and years, always been able to depend on them. They do good work at a fair price. And they guarantee and warranty their work... And actually are reliable on this. A couple of times we've had to have them come back out, and they came out and addressed the issues to our satisfaction with no hassles. Now that's customer service and they stand behind their work. Thanks new age!

I use these guys regularly for rental properties. They coordinate with tenants and seem to always be reasonable with pricing. They are efficient and responsive. I am happy I received the original referral and look forward to working with them in the future.

These two young men from New Age plumbing arrived at the time they said they would. They were courteous & seemed very confident. They assessed the situation and cleared the problem. I was pleasantly surprised at the charge. I definitely and strongly recommend New Age plumbing. Job well done!!

New Age has been excellent . Plumbers are knowledgable and honest.

I called this company on a Saturday morning because my outside faucet broke. It was spraying water everywhere so i had to turn it off at the street. We have swamp cooler so not only did we not have water, it was hot. They came in about 2 hours and the plumber was super nice and professional. He told me they dont carry the type of faucet i needed because they don't do air conditioning but he went out of his way to go get the right one so we could have a/c too. He had it fixed in about 45 minutes and the price was reasonable. I called other companies and they all just told me no. I'll call them again if i ever need a plumber. Thank you!!

Called these plumbers, and they said they will be there in 2 hours. I stayed around for 4. They never showed up or called back. They never showed up the next day either. Very unprofessional!

The plumbers at New age Plumbing are very proficient, professional and knowledgeable. Additionally, they do not charge as much for their services as other companies do. I hired them to fix a problem that a previous plumber had made and they charged me half of what the other plumber charged me.

Sister wanted to change bathroom faucet herself. . She had trouble. I called before noon on a Friday and they had openings that afternoon. I was at work. The plumber came after the lunch hour. The faucet was done before 2 PM. I recommend this business.

Called for a laundry stoppage for my elderly mom around 3 and they said they would come later in the day but no call and no show, now

needed to replace complete natural gas line from TX gas meter to house and replace ALL internal house lines. the crew, led by Sal was amazing, efficient and courteous. They kept to the proposed schedule of 3.5 days, got approved by city inspector with no issues and got gas service fully functional. Absolutely the best plumbing contractor I have ever worked with !!!!

Never showed up. Failure to call and say they would be late or never arrive. I took off from work to wait for them. They never arrived. I waited five hours for them. I called them twice to see if they would make it. All they could tell me was they were behind on their work. I won’t be calling them again.

I regret the day I googled and selected these plumbers. They were so late, unprofessional. I know a little about plumbing and would ask them a few questions, and it was obvious they had no idea what they were doing! They hit you with a huge BILL AT THE END and are off! I despise this company.

They take over 6HRS like seriously they slack around and poor service not friendly at all when i spoke to the guy and he wasnt even doing his job he was doing some else which is totally different from what he was hired for. DO NOT HIRE THEM YOU’RE GAMBLING WITH YOUR MONEY.

Thank god there are honest and professional companies out here in El Paso. After calling them, they showed up on time, unblocked my drain problem and replaced two toilet hinges. Reasonable pricing as well as professional work!!! Well done New Age Plumbing

Replaced new kitchen sink and fixed minor problem with toilet. They came yesterday morning a little earlier than actual appt time which was great. Very professional and pleased with their job. My 3rd time and 100% satisfactory! FlyHigh5 was my other user somewhere below. Highly recommended.

I am relieved they found the improper venting from our heater before anybody got sick. Someone else installed it wrong but New Age just may have saved a life!

They were very professional. I called him in the morning to do a broken water heater they came the afternoon was able to fix it. The staff members that came were very professional and polite.

They came on short notice...called in the morning and came in the afternoon on recent Monday. This is my 2nd time with them. 100% satisfactory

Over the past couple of years, New Age has done all kinds of work for me, from fixing plumbing issues to installing a new sink, dishwasher, and hot water heater. And Damian is always so good to me. I work 2 jobs so I have a really weird schedule. But they always are accommodating for me and work around my crazy schedule too. All the work they've done has been top-notch.

I have contracted New Age Plumbing to install water treatment units and all work has been done professional, in a timely manner and at a great price. I would highly recommend them to others.

Same day service and the technicians were very friendly. Had a pipe leaking outside the house which was taken care of fast. Price were reasonable. Would recommend them.😀

No complaints about service whatsoever, just about the price. Unfortunately, since it was an emergency I didn’t have time to look at other plumbing services for a carbon monoxide test so I went with them. After telling coworkers about the price, I was directed to multiple other plumbing companies in the area that would have only charged 1/3 to 1/2 the price. 60+ made in less than 5 min. Oh well

New Age plumbing was called on January 2020 to unplug our sewer line. They used their camera to check for the blockage and the sewer snake was put in from the roof, the toilet trap and from the out door clean out. The problem could no be fixed. They suggested to use a jetter to flush out the line. After paying over three hundred dollars they said that it would cost another five hundred dollars. Again in February 24 they were called again. They ran two different sewer snakes from the soil stack on the roof and the out door clean out. The problematic sewer line was located but nothing could be done. I was charged $365.00 for this call. And again they suggests the $500.00 jetter service. I my self used my own jetter and fix the problem the first time. This time our son used our jetter to fix the problem. Now the only blockage is in the master bedroom shower. All they can do is trying to find the blockage for another $250.00. Will not use this company again.

We used new age plumbing to install a gas line to laundry room they were amazing. Quick work and even helped us connect the dryer. Excellent customer service and willing to explain things.

Stay away from this business. I have dealt with many plumbers in my day, They will show up late. They will raise their price. They will lie. They will mess up your pipes. Very Unprofessional first and last time I'll use them.

I am in Ohio and my mom in El Paso called me yesterday and said she was losing so much water in an hour the water company shut off her water as a courtesy because her bill was over $600. I searched for plumbers in the northeast and gave my mom New Age's phone number.
She called me today and said someone immediately came out to her house to inspect and make sure it was not inside. The next day at 9am they were back at her house, located the pipe with the hole, and were able to fix in within a few hours.
My mom was so pleased, and so impressed with their service AND she said their price was extremely reasonable. Thank you, New Age, for taking care of my mom when she is so far away from me!

We have used their services for many years now. Every time they’ve had fast and friendly service and get the job done. I ask “can this be done?” The answer “for me” has always been yes. Clogged toilet, toilet installation, kitchen sink installation, sewage line camera and quote. Every time the price that’s quoted surprises me with how fair they’re. Thank you!

If you’re like me and read reviews before I call anyone for a job read no further. I’m very lazy and don’t write reviews but always read them. I thought it was only fair and give them credit for all the hard work. Excuse me while I use our new toilet. LOL

Don’t bother with this company. Totally unreliable. Kept me waiting all day and never showed. One day of work I missed. They don’t answer their phones after five. Blame it on bogus phone lines crossed. They got rehearsed excuses.

They installed my new water heater like the leaning tower of Pizza. I called them to let them know I wasn't happy with the installation and they won't even call me back.

Our shower pipes broke and the plumbers replaced them in a day. I am extremely happy with the excellent work they did. They are very professional and friendly.. I would definitely recommend them for well work or plumbing work..

Called them for a simple clog. They ended up busting my pipe because their plumbers were either too inexperienced or lazy to open the trap cap and unclog from there!!! Ontop of that they tried to blame us for the pipe leak firat until my husband had video and pics of the before and their after to prove it... UNTIL THEN THEY ADMITTED THAT IT WAS ON THEIR FAULT! THEN THEY CHARGE US TO FIX THEIR MISTAKE (WHICH I FIND RIDICULOUS IF U BREAK SOMETHING THAT WAS PERFECTLY FINE B4 U GO IN YOU SHOULD NOT CHARGE TO FIX YOUR MISTAKE!!!) THEY ORIGINALLY GAVE US A LOWER QUOTE ONLY TO HAVE THEM ADD 100 DOLLARS MORE WHEN THEY WERE DONE!!! STEER AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THEY R NOT ONLY INEXPERINECEDB BUT VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE AND DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK OR MISTAKES!

My dad called to have a severely backed up pipe unclogged. He called a few of the other guys in town who never returned his call or just simply wanted to be paid for showing up. New Age called back and sent Danny and Gerardo who showed up promptly within the time they said. Within a short time they had the pipe unclogged and flowing like never before! Dad said he would recommend New Age to friends and family and they will definitely be the guys to call for any future problems.
