Very fast service, however they don’t guarantee their work. Had a plug pipe and they arrive within an hour, less than a month later it got plug again and they came back very fast ; but charge me again for the same pipe they unplug before.

Richy was extremely responsive from the get go and once he came out to my home he was able to find the issue right away. Extremely professional throughout the entire process and I appreciate that he took the time to explain the issue and what needed to be done. We just moved to our first home but the water heater's not working. The plumber we know flaked out a couple of times already and I did not want to wait for him again and be without hot water for the 6th day. I Googled and saw the good reviews for Gibby's. I called and told them what's going on and instead of pouncing on the opportunity to make money, they told me that we should still have warranty on our water heater unit and told me to call the 1-800 number. I did, and Rheem is sending us the parts FedEx Next Day. Thanks, Gibby's. We certainly appreciate you guys.

Whoever I spoke to at 10:30pm solved my problem over the phone. I had a main line back up and I didn't know what to do. I called my home warranty because my house has been built less than a year ago. They didn't help me at all cough cough Classic American homes. When I called and explained my issue the man instantly said to open the drain valves on the outside of my house. I did just that and wow the water was coming out. I used a plunger on it and the water went down. This company will be my number pick if I have any problems with my plumbing. They don't take advantage of you because they solved my problem over the phone for free. Thank you to whoever picks up after hours. I will surly be back in contact if I have any issues. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Called them on a Tuesday to make an appointment said they couldn't make it till Friday I said ok. Didn't show up called them said they were running late. Never showed not even a courtesy call and I never heard from them again. Never came to fix anything worst service ever.

Called late on a Saturday and was able to get an appointment early Sunday morning. The service and price were exceptional and when finished the pipes looked like a work of art. Thank you so much.

Horrible experience. PLEASE DO NOT CALL THIS PLACE, THEY WILL ONLY TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!! They came to my house but never installed anything or did any work at my house but charged me for coming out to give me a quote. They said that they had to charge because they ran a diagnostic to see what was wrong with my water heater. I'm so disgusted by this business. The worker, Jesse was extremely rude and unprofessional. He kept on mentioning the time and how they charged by the hour. Unbelievable. Please do not waste your time with these crooks.

Look at the way they respond to complaints. Defensive and shady. THESE GUYS ONLY CARE ABOUT BILLING YOU BY THE HOUR. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME!!!!

Called to schedule an appointment to see about a leak and yes they called but when I answered the message they said I responded 2 late so they couldn't go so I'll take my business to a plumber that will really want my business!
