Called with a major water heater leak the day after my MIL passed away and right before hosting everyone at our house. They were so helpful, came out same day, discovered a lot more problems and spent the entire day and next day fixing it. Very professional, prompt service, arranged for the city inspection afterward, and were compassionate about the whole situation with our family. Would highly recommend and I have used since!

We had a leak over Xmas and Adrian found it. Adrian was very responsive and answered all of our many questions. Adrian and team did a great job re-routing new water line to cancel problematic line.

I was lucky to have had them over to cap a pipe that burst during the snow storm.They were supposed to finish replacing the pipe the following day. No show. I am up for second chance. Called the next day to reschedule and spoke to the owner. This man has a nasty temper. We set up a time. They called at 1p saying they would be by within the hour. It is now 340p and nobody has arrived. I called and canceled. I went into to read the reviews only to find such negative remarks. Please avoid this company at all cost. They act like they are doing you a favor. Sorry Art your company sucks.
