Best Shower Drain in El Paso TX

I called, I spoke in English, but I prefer Spanish as I am originally from Mexico. The moment I asked. Do you speak spanish, he said not and hung up. I speak english I just feel more comfortable with Spanish as many of the Pasoans. When I tried to call back, a couple of times, I was received with a the number is not in service May be this company can go and service a different community.

Richy came out to help on a clogged line on a mobile home. He came off hours, when other companies who are 24 hours wouldn’t take the job. Affordable for it being off hours, as well. They replaced sprinkler valve and charged me more than $600.00 for a quick repair. A year later sprinkler is dripping and has a leak again but they won’t fess up to it and fix their poor quality job.
Make sure you ask how much is going to be for the repairs.

Albert and Ivan with Reliable Plumbing were quick, efficient, courteous and professional. They provided high quality service and material. They came out late at night on a Friday around 10:30 pm northeast El Paso. I was very satisfied with their work and would highly recommend them! Definitly will call them again if needed.

Waited all day for them to show up. When they arrived it was 2 teenage kids doing the job and their “manager” was their dad. They used my tools to do the “job” and they couldn’t even figure out how to put anything back. They “found” a leak behind my wall and when we tore the wall up there was no leak. They will not refund my money at all and all they say is they will come and look. They’re also running under different names for services and didn’t mention that they do no refunds when called. Also they only take cash or cash app. Don’t ever call them for help. Save your money, they are a joke and just scam people.

Mr. Albert came out to fix a water heater gas line for us. He did an Amazing job, he was very professional and knowledgeable in fixing the issue we had. We also appreciated that he came so late in the day to help us, so we didn't go without hot water for days. We would definitely call him for future issues or recommend him to family and friends.
