George was a true professional and he repaired my oven in a matter of minutes. I highly recommend him due to his professionalism and expertise. He also provided friendly customer service and was punctual. I'll be calling for repairs to any broken appliances I may have in the future.

Have had a tough time with contractors in El Paso. Rodela & Sons are the exception to that norm. Timely, professional, caring and most of all, they listened and exceeded our needs/ expectations. Never once was late, calls were always returned, emails were always answered, follow up was fantastic. We needed our shower and tub drains relocated. Price was on point. As long as we are here in El Paso, they will be the professional plumbers we use an recommend. Very grateful for the work they did for us in our home.

Called in for some information. Was completely shut out and couldn't even finish my sentence. Interrupted me while I was trying to convey my issue. Would recommend some customer service classes for the phone operator. Only reason they gained an extra star was answering the phone call in the first place unlike many of the other places I've tried.

We had a gas line reconfigured and gas dryer installed that Lowes could not do. They were prompt, polite and did a great job for a very reasonable price. We will be using Jeff's for all our plumbing needs.
