If you like having your time wasted, then this is the perfect water detection company to contact. I had an appointment set up for Monday morning. The appointment time came and went. No phone call to let me know why they weren’t here or why they didn’t make it. I was called 2 hours after my appointment window, to reschedule for the following day at 8 am. I agreed to the reschedule. Next day comes, I am contacted by the company that they need to reschedule yet again for another day. I called them to express my frustration about their responsiveness and they proceeded to tell me to contact another water detection company. Truly truly the most unprofessional company I have yet to deal with. I expressed to them that I have a leak and I don’t know where it’s coming from and that I have my children living with me. At which point, the man expressed that it was none of his concern and proceeded to tell me again to contact another water detection company. So, I did. I called Roto Rooter and they had someone dispatched to my home immediately. I should really be thanking the individual that works for American Leak Detection that told me to go screw myself in the nicest manner possible. Thank you for your outstanding service to your city. We have used their services for many years now. Every time they’ve had fast and friendly service and get the job done. I ask “can this be done?” The answer “for me” has always been yes. Clogged toilet, toilet installation, kitchen sink installation, sewage line camera and quote. Every time the price that’s quoted surprises me with how fair they’re. Thank you!

If you’re like me and read reviews before I call anyone for a job read no further. I’m very lazy and don’t write reviews but always read them. I thought it was only fair and give them credit for all the hard work. Excuse me while I use our new toilet. LOL

I was anxious to get a plumber to my house and Rockys was my first call. Waited all afternoon and my call was never returned. So disappointing especially since we did so much business with his dad. Not very professional, in my humble opinion.

The gentleman that I spoke to was very rude. Would not let me finish my sentences. And was accusing me of being a liar. I did not appreciate the tone and the very obvious lack of professionalism. VERY VULGAR. CLEARLY HAS NO INTENTION NOR INTEREST OF GETTING GOOD CUSTOMERS. I WOULD QUESTION THE OWNERS INTEREST IN ACTUALLY SERVING THE EL PASO COMMUNITY. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE EVER!!!
