Rodela & Sons are lifesavers! I've been a general contractor in El Paso for the past 17 years and have been through many, many plumbers- usually parting ways after our first experience with them. Plumbers are notorious for being flakes and doing terrible work.

We just completed a 6-month-long permitted remodel to our own home and the original plumber, who I've used twice in the past, flaked-out on us and screwed me out of $1,400. In desperation I went to Google to try and find someone with good reviews, who could take over mid-stream and finish the project for us.

Tommy and Erica were the ultimate professionals to work with, and I admire them for taking on our problem child project. It is never fun to redo someone else's work, especially when building inspectors are also involved. They didn't have to help us out, but chose to anyway.

They re-permitted the plumbing portion of the project for us, then completed the sewer lines, rough, and top-out plumbing for us. Every time they said they'd be here... they showed up. Everything they promised to do... they did. Their prices were very fair, and they put up with an incompetent inspector as well.

I can't thank them enough, or speak highly enough about their ethics and workmanship. We will use them from this point on!

Called to schedule an appointment to see about a leak and yes they called but when I answered the message they said I responded 2 late so they couldn't go so I'll take my business to a plumber that will really want my business!

They are not professional. They only showed up because my landlord is cheap. I do not recommend.

I just had my AC serviced by Barrett Airworks. I called this morning and AC techs were at my house within 45 minutes. Omar and Sergio diagnosed the problem, explained everything and fixed the problem. I couldn’t be happier and I have Peace of mind with a service agreement!!

Albert was fantastic! He came out and very quickly determined the problem with my water heater and repaired it quickly. The problem was that my thermal switch had been tripped but it was kind of hidden so I had not known to reset it or how to find it. Albert showed me what he did and explained everything. He was willing to address any questions that I had. He game me tips of things that I can do as a layman home owner to preserve the life of my water heater. He never talked down to me, and was always friendly, helpful and professional. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a plumber.

Waited all day for them to show up. When they arrived it was 2 teenage kids doing the job and their “manager” was their dad. They used my tools to do the “job” and they couldn’t even figure out how to put anything back. They “found” a leak behind my wall and when we tore the wall up there was no leak. They will not refund my money at all and all they say is they will come and look. They’re also running under different names for services and didn’t mention that they do no refunds when called. Also they only take cash or cash app. Don’t ever call them for help. Save your money, they are a joke and just scam people.

Adrian is top notch! He answers right away and he scheduled me in quick his prices were extremely reasonable! We had a foundation leak and he gave us all our options including going through insurance. When he found the leak he was fast and informative! I would highly recommend him for any plumbing items you may need! Five star service for sure the best in El Paso!
