Had a water heater leaking. Called around 7pm, closing office hours, but they still answered the call and were able to come and install water heater the next morning. Very professional and answers any questions you may have within minutes. Highly recommended

Whoever I spoke to at 10:30pm solved my problem over the phone. I had a main line back up and I didn't know what to do. I called my home warranty because my house has been built less than a year ago. They didn't help me at all cough cough Classic American homes. When I called and explained my issue the man instantly said to open the drain valves on the outside of my house. I did just that and wow the water was coming out. I used a plunger on it and the water went down. This company will be my number pick if I have any problems with my plumbing. They don't take advantage of you because they solved my problem over the phone for free. Thank you to whoever picks up after hours. I will surly be back in contact if I have any issues. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The Plumbings Doctors solved my main sewer line issues! They have a powerful water jetting machine that unblocks the most severe blockages! They always answered the phone and were on time ! I would reccomend them!

They replaced sprinkler valve and charged me more than $600.00 for a quick repair. A year later sprinkler is dripping and has a leak again but they won’t fess up to it and fix their poor quality job.
Make sure you ask how much is going to be for the repairs.

I manage a storage facility here in El Paso, and have been using this company for years. Recently, due to the weather and other outside factors, I had an emergency issue I needed repaired asap. This company not only came out earlier than I anticipated, but repaired the unit quickly and efficiently. Thus fixing the emergency issue I had.

We had an emergency leak through the floors coming from a broken pipe, not only were these folks the only ones who answered the phone on a Sunday, but they fixed it the same day. Abraham did a good job at detecting and repairing the damage. Definitely recommend to anyone in the EP area for their plumbing needs.

Adrian and his team were extremely professional and incredibly helpful. I had a very complicated situation with my sewer pipe connecting out in the street. Adrian discovered the root of the problem, made the necessary calls and completed the repair in a matter of a few days. Kind spirited, knowledgeable and generous, these guys are the BEST in the city!

Good plumbing company

Called the guy on behalf of a client. My client read the reviews and voiced concern to me. i called them back to let them know due to their reviews we would not be using them. He called back after he hung up to say that all plumbers have bad reviews and he would send me poor reviews of the company I did choose. I did not even have a chance to respond to him because he hung up on me. Hahaha very rude, short temper, and has no concept of fixing his attitude in order to gain new clients. Sir, I hope you read this and take it to heart. There is a reason you have 1 star reviews and I hope you check yourself because you are wrecking yourself. If there is an owner besides the gentleman who answered the phone, I suggest training or hiring a new employee.
