Customer service was fantastic both over the phone and in person. George, our repairman, was courteous and professional. The service provided was top-notch. It was expensive, to be honest, but service like this is worth it.

Have enlisted their services twice in last two years for two different properties. Techs are knowledgeable, efficient and explain issues thoroughly to resolve problems. This year, opted to call them directly outside of a home warranty on an investment property (due to long delays of 4-7 days in scheduling with two other companies) after a great experience last summer, and they were available within a few hours. Would’ve saved money but the repair was urgent with summer heat. Very affordable and will continue to use them should future needs arise!

I called and they responded quickly. The plumber was very professional and cleaned up after the work was done. Will definitely use this company again.

I called reliable at 9am to unclog a bathroom sink drain and they came out within the hour. Took about an hour and now everything works again :)

I read all the reviews about Fabian's business and felt good about calling them. Rosa who answered the phone was very helpful, kind, and pleasant to talk to. They were able to squeeze me in their very busy schedule so close to the holidays. Fabian came and completed the work in less than an hour. The service was affordable. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and explained what he was doing. He answered all of our questions. He stayed long enough to make sure there were no leaks, he improved what needed to be improved and we enjoyed the discussions we shared. I would highly recommend him and will use his services again and again. Thank you.

I wish there were 10 stars to give! We found Innovative Trades through our home warranty provider and we will always use them from now on. We always ask for them when we have a service call. They are the ONLY provider that has been on time, shows up and does a great job. They always call immediately to set up an appointment, they show up on time, are detailed with their repairs and explain what options are available. They don’t leave a mess and are SO friendly. They have worked on our bathrooms with plumbing work, fixed many electrical problems throughout our home. It is nice that we have found quality work. I would recommend them to everyone!

They installed a new AC on my mom's house & they did an amazing job.

George Smith was our appliance repair guy and will be the only repair guy for us. He called a head of time to let me know when he would arrive. Affordable service charge. Military friendly and has access to post. We would recommend George to all military personal. Great experience. There could be some improvement with communication and answering phone calls or messages. Would be helpful to have more people at the office to return calls and etc. Seem hard to get a hold of once you have had somebody come out. Overall great service at reasonable prices.
