Best Heating System Installation in El Paso TX

Was hesitant to call a place that isn’t a Best Buy or Sears (rip) but these guys were fast and very friendly with always being in contact with you. They text to let you know your appointment call you to let you know they at eon the way or in my case called to see if they can come earlier and not just show up! Fair priced too

I wish to express my most sincere thanks and gratitude to all of your staff. In particular to Mr. Garcia and Diego the installers off our Heated and Refrigerated Air system. They are an awesome team. They arrived on time, were very well organized efficient, clean and totally professional. You are fortunate to have such a dedicated team in your company. They are dedicated individuals who really care for the customer. I also wish to express my gratitude to your electricians who came in and quickly took care of business leaving no trace behind. They were also a very efficient team. Luis and Jose, your Insulation team was also very interesting to watch. They are also well trained, and knowledgeable. After installing the insulation in the attic, they proceeded to clean the duct system being very careful not to damage any furnishings. We did get a bit of dust in the air, but that was to be expected, the duct system had never been cleaned before. I don’t know how much Jose earns, but whatever it is it’s not enough! He is one though young man. As you well know, having major work done in a home can be a stressful experience. You and your fellow team mates made the experience much easier. Finally I would like to thank you for your professionalism and honesty.

Ray, the owner is a crook and thief. He called us after his guy placed a plastic line on a supply side of a water heater and it failed in a $600,000 dollar home. He hired us to come extract the water and dryout the home. This looked great for him to the customer that he was taking care of everything except the jerk never paid us to do the work. The customer, Mr. Trotta, has contacted Ray and I have had to take him to court. The company and none of its members will return our calls, texts or email to pay us. I highly recommend to never using this piece of junk or his company. He is a THIEF. The customer had to file a claim with StateFarm and had to pay the deductible to get the repairs done. Unreal. NEVER NEVER use this guy no matter what the reviews are. I am the owner or Paul Davis Emergency Services. I will update you all after I sue his butt.

Ok so first off this company goes by
Multiple names and the only reason I know how to get ahold of them
Is they have texted me and so I direct text when I need something. They respond efficiently though. They have serviced my tankless water heater under sharp but my AC under anchor. So….not sure if you will be able to find them- however they do a good job and they expeditiously helped me when the AC failed and it was 106 outside. Prices seem reasonable.

Overall pleased with my repairs. The cost was slightly higher than I expected, but Chris and Aurelio did a nice job. They were kind enough to explain to me what needed to be done and followed thru with any other future issues that need to be addressed.

Alejandro M was on time, courteous, knowledgable, and kind. He explained what he was doing step of the way, and took care to project and cleanly. I would definitely use this work again!

Called late on a Saturday and was able to get an appointment early Sunday morning. The service and price were exceptional and when finished the pipes looked like a work of art. Thank you so much.
