Best Heating System in El Paso TX

Had George come out on several occasions to help with different appliance repairs around the house. He never disappoints me. Highly recommend him for any of your appliance repairs.

I’ve utilized Sharp for years now and they always have done an excellent job! From our refrigerated air to our tankless water heater, they are professional, timely, and reliable. Overall pleased with my repairs. The cost was slightly higher than I expected, but Chris and Aurelio did a nice job. They were kind enough to explain to me what needed to be done and followed thru with any other future issues that need to be addressed.

I do not recommend. In my opinion we got price gouged and they are not honest about rates and work that is needed. Make sure to get multiple estimates from different companies, if possible.

I called them yesteday, 20SEP at 2 PM because I had broken a cartridge in my bathtub, and had to have the water main turned off. I was told they would find me a technician, call me back with the details, and get them out to my place as quickly as possible. 30 minutes later, I had not heard from them at all, and when I called, there was no answer. I received a call back a few minutes later and was told a technician would be at my house around 4:30 PM. I told them that I would need to leave at 4:45 to pick up my kids and I would be back no later than 5:15. They said they'd try to get them there sooner. They called me at 4 PM and told me the tecnician was on the way. I called them at 4:45 and they told me the technician would be there waiting on me when I got back from picking up my kids. I called at 5:04 when I got back and they told me he'd be there in 10 minutes. I called at 6 PM and they were closed. This is not dependable. This wasted an entire afternoon that I could have paid someone else so that my family didn't have to endure no water for a day. Also told me the minimum charge was $170 or so. Won't be doing business with this organization ever again.

This company helped me with my refrigerator about a month ago. I was extremely happy with the service and affordable pricing. The young lady who answered the phone was super sweet and the technician that came out was very knowledgeable.
