Ivan and and Andres showed up and got straight to work identifying the problem right away, Ivan explained what the issue was and what was needed to repair it. Problem was fixed and the gas leak was resolved in less than an hour. Major props to Ivan's customer service that goes above and beyond to make sure our needs as a customer were met. Called the number listed on their Google page. The person answers at an alternate location with a lot of background noise. I asked the person if he could go somewhere else bc I couldn't hear him. He tells me he is at a car wash. Takes down my address and phone number, and tell mes that someone will be here within an hour and a half. 3 hours pass and I call back the same number. The same guy answers and I informed him that have been waiting for 3 hours asks for my address and asks me if I was sure that I had called today bc he has nothing booked for me. At that point I thanked him for wasting my time and hung up the phone. This place really needs to get their stuff together.

Called them in about 3 weeks ago to unplug our main sewer line and they seemingly did a good job. They charged us $168. They even claimed to have a 90 day guarantee on their work. Main sewer line got plugged up again. Called them up again today and their own guy admitted that they had only unplugged toward the house and not towards the street so the plug just shifted away from the house. So they ended up charging us another $130 for something they didn't do right the first time and he tried justify himself by saying that the he had to charge us again because he found 1 wipe-ee. Stay away from this company!

George Smith was our appliance repair guy and will be the only repair guy for us. He called a head of time to let me know when he would arrive. Affordable service charge. Military friendly and has access to post. We would recommend George to all military personal. Great experience. There could be some improvement with communication and answering phone calls or messages. Would be helpful to have more people at the office to return calls and etc. Seem hard to get a hold of once you have had somebody come out. Overall great service at reasonable prices.
