Best Heater Issue in El Paso TX

A tenant of mine told me, the day before this past Thanksgiving day, that they had a clog in the main sewer drain line. I called Rodela & Sons Plumbing, informed them where the problematic issue was with detail, and their front office squeezed me in there busy schedule for that same day. They fixed the issue within 1 hour of my initial phone call, I am not exaggerating. Needless to say, they are now my primary go-to company next time a situation arises. I definitely recommend, especially for the billing/payment efficiency.

Service was professional and on time. Moreover, prices were reasonable. I would definitely recommend plumbing doctor for your plumbing needs.

Adrian was the only one out of 4 companies that I called on Friday who answered my phone call. He listened to my issues and assured me that he would be out on Monday to determine where my water leak was coming from. He showed up this afternoon, found the leak within a couple minutes and the repair for it was well within my level of experience. What was even more shocking, is that he refused to charge me. I offered to pay, because he did have to pull out his equipment and use it, but he insisted not to charge me. I'm giving a 5 Star Rating because he answered, kept his word about showing up, his ability to find the leak quickly, refused to charge me, and even more so, his professionalism. Thank-You Adrian, you're definitely my go to guy from here on!

Couldn't be more happy. Jaime was awesome--knew just what he was doing. Replaced thermocouple on water heater and faucets on kitchen sink. Fast and efficient. Price was more than fair. I highly recommend this company for those who don't know who to call or are unhappy with the plumber they've been using.

Pricy but prompt

Over the past couple of years, New Age has done all kinds of work for me, from fixing plumbing issues to installing a new sink, dishwasher, and hot water heater. And Damian is always so good to me. I work 2 jobs so I have a really weird schedule. But they always are accommodating for me and work around my crazy schedule too. All the work they've done has been top-notch.
