They are busy, but got a cancelation, and called me to fit me in. Punctual, fast at solving the plumbing issue, very curteous, and I think they aren't overly expensive.

I contacted Reliable Plumbing regarding a water heater gas leak. They live up to their name and were able to show promptly within 2 hrs as stated on initial phone call.

Ivan and and Andres showed up and got straight to work identifying the problem right away, Ivan explained what the issue was and what was needed to repair it. Problem was fixed and the gas leak was resolved in less than an hour. Major props to Ivan's customer service that goes above and beyond to make sure our needs as a customer were met. Will definitely recommend and call again for any plumbing needs!

Waited all day for them to show up. When they arrived it was 2 teenage kids doing the job and their “manager” was their dad. They used my tools to do the “job” and they couldn’t even figure out how to put anything back. They “found” a leak behind my wall and when we tore the wall up there was no leak. They will not refund my money at all and all they say is they will come and look. They’re also running under different names for services and didn’t mention that they do no refunds when called. Also they only take cash or cash app. Don’t ever call them for help. Save your money, they are a joke and just scam people.
