I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

Brian came by as scheduled, performed the needed repair in a bathroom and ordered a part for another small problem in our kitchen. He was professional, courteous, and very reasonable. He is now our plumber of choice.

CDK plumbing is wonderful. I called them originally to fix my water heater. The owner, Dan, came over right away to diagnose the problem and was able to get it fixed quickly. They are very reliable, do great work, and are priced fairly. Since then, I've called on them a couple more times for other plumbing needs.

I contacted Out the Door plumbing as a last minute second opinion for a sewer line repair. Not only were they incredibly responsive (called Friday morning, did the estimate Friday afternoon, repaired on Monday!) but they were also incredibly knowledgeable about the specific situation. It took Progressive plumbing 2 visits to figure out the problem, and they still weren’t very confident about what the fix was. Zach from Out the Door showed up and within 10 minutes knew exactly what the issue was, why it happened and how to fix it. They fixed it the next business day, efficient and quality work. And a hell of a lot cheaper than my first quote. 100% recommend their work.

I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Adrian and Rooter-Rooter successfully unclogged our kitchen sink drain. This was a tricky job because our house is old, and the connections between the various drain lines are obscure. We were very pleased with the timely service call and professionalism. They explained everything clearly and cheerfully, and helped us better understand how our 100 year-old farmhouse is plumbed! We had lost a piece of jewelry down our shower drain and Travis was able to come out quickly and attempt to retrieve it for us. He spent a good amount of time and effort to try and get it but no luck. We still appreciated his attempts and the quick response that we got on a Sunday...will use them again if we have any other plumbing issues!
