The repair ended up requiring a new pipe installed from the street to the house. They came back the next day to complete the installation. Sadly our 35 yo heat finally played out. The Happy Home was quick to respond, diagnose & offer options.

After the first call technician could not come on time (was busy with another customer). Had to re-schedule for the following morning (with 10% discount). This time the technician (Wayne) came on time and provided excellent service - fast and clean. If there is no delay, would give five stars...
