I saw excellent reviews about David on Next Door and called him to fix a leaky faucet. He came to my home that night a fixed it quickly at a minimum charge. I recently needed to exchange a bath and shower with a new walk-in shower without having to pay for an expensive re modeling job. He came by the week I called, took measurements, and had the job done by the next week. The shower is just what I wanted. He was always courteous and knows plumbing. I trust him to get the job done right and confidently recommend him.

I was contacted by Plumb Serve using Yelp! and The next day they came and checked out all the issues we were having in our bathrooms. The following week they were able to get in here and the job was a lot bigger than expected as we have an older home and they went above and beyond to get the job done correctly. It was supposed to be a couple hour job which turned into a over 12 hour job. They took care of us as if we were family and made the process very smooth. We had to have both showers fixed, new water shutoff also fix a leak on an outside spigot.

We will definitely be using them again and I suggest that anyone that comes across their name to give them a call. They are family run small business and they take care of you the same.

I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

What they didn't do was the normal pitch and immediately say I needed a new unit. That's what I've come to expect these days. So, right off the bat I liked the service men.

They were down to business and did what I paid for. Can't ask for more than that.

The back office was responsive and even called me back same night when I left and after-hours message.

Tyron was extremely professional, knowledgable, technially skilled, and trustworthy to provide me a level of comfort to accept recommended repairs. From beginning to end Streamline went beyond to do a spectacular job re-piping all of the gas lines in my home. Our Air Conditioning unit stopped cooling our house on a very hot day. We called ARS, and a service tech, Josh Baker, came to check it out. He identified the problem and immediately laid out our options. He recommended that, since the parts needed would be ordered after the weekend, in two days, the house could be cooled in the meantime if he filled the unit with refrigerant. Slowly, but surely, with the refrigerant in the unit, our house went from 83 degrees F, to the optimum temperature of 70 degrees F.Thanks to Josh's excellent assessment of the problem and the solution, we had relief from the heat that evening. Today, Josh came back with the necessary parts, replaced the old parts, and repaired our AC unit.Thank you, Josh, and thank you, ARS!

I had my main water shut off valve fail on a weekend afternoon with three kids and three pets in the house! My husband was repairing a minor leak in the kid’s bathroom and once the water was shut off to complete the repair, it wouldn’t come back on. I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Great consultation, everyone I spoke with here was very professional and very informative , they took the time to explain everything and I did not feel like they were taking advantage , their pricing was also very fair , and Bill I believe was the one that came to my house , was right on time and did a great job servicing my water heater , and while talking to him I mentioned a small issue I was having and he took some extra time and looked at my issue and resolved it and was upfront about the charge for it and was very fair ! I would highly recommend using them !
