I called that morning for a clogged drain and the service tech was here by lunchtime. Our tech did a great job and was very respectful and knowledgeable. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience with plumbserve. I would highly recommend these guys and if needed will be calling these guys again.

I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

We purchased Streamline service to fix the blocked sewer problem, first time in January, but two months later, it was blocked again at the same spot, so we have to ask them to come back again, each time we were charged about $650. Couple days back, it was blocked again at the same spot, so eventually we asked city to check if the main sewer line has issue. We were very shocked and angry when city technician told us the issue was at city sewer line, the blocked spot is right at the connection between city and our house, Streamline should let us know and tell the truth, not by cheating to earn their business!!!

Heat pump stopped working. Called ARS Sunday morning at 9 AM. Rich arrived at 10 AM and quickly diagnosed the problem, explained the options and cost, and got to work repairing the unit. He was very professional. The cost was higher than I had anticipated but the swift repair was worth it when it’s hitting 90+ degrees every day!

A friend recommended Greene Hunt when we needed to replace our sewer main. Archie was the only plumber we talked to that took the time to explain how he was going to route the new sewer line and how big of a trench he would need to dig in the yard. His team was professional and left everything in better shape then we expected. Since then we've used Greene Hunt for a few additional small items and been happy with the results.

Rooter man is THE ONLY company to call..Anthony and Alberto came to my home when I was having a major sewer problem. I tried to fix the problem myself with no success. They took time to discuss the situation and resolved my issue Fast. I was amazed by the equipment that they had at their disposal even ran a camera in the pipes when they were done to make sure all obstructions were removed from my sewer line. Do Not Hesitate to call if you got a plumbing problem rooter man solves them all!!!

Jordan Plumbing did all the plumbing on our new structure. Instant electric water heater, dish washer, septic with pump up hill as well as all the usual plumbing. Prompt, efficient, responsive and providing high quality work. I highly recommend him and his staff.

Josh completed a diagnostic check of my older HVAC system. (It had not been serviced for a few years.) The diagnostics revealed the need to update my HVAC system. Josh was helpful in explaining everything as he went along, including the different furnace and air-conditioning replacement options. He created a plan to have the new equipment installed the next day and assisted me online to secure my preferred finance plan. He worked efficiently and thoroughly and was very pleasant to interact with.

First the positive. Used for plumbing before with good work (pricey). Very fast response and everyone was friendly. Came out immediately and we identified leak. Started drying, and that's where positive ends. Two independent restoration companies called afterwards stated did not barrier off and remove wet stuff immediately versus fans blowing mold spores all over the house. Did not even move offending appliance until asked to do so. Staples from flooring all left, no cleaning of any surfaces. Had to ask repeatedly to remove molding on floor and only removed small amount. I requested sheet rock be removed that was wet-not done. Limited removal of insulation. Told some wrong information from main office. I was asked to sign water readings that did not occur and on two consecutive days did not show up. One employee was apparently terminated that had previous complaints yet that is who finished our job. If you come to do water reading and ask me to sign but then cannot tell me what it said and have to go back inside??? Lots of other issues but that is enough said.Bottom line water readings still high, two companies have declined to do repairs until situation with water resolved. 15 days into this mess. I hardly ever bother to write reviews and I hate to be so negative but would never ever hire again!!! They should not be in the business of water restoration.Would be no stars if they were not so nice about it.

Prompt and courteous service. Repairs done very efficiently. On time and answers all calls promptly. Will use him every time we need a plumber!

very disappointment,i should hire some one who is small business owner ,after technician left i realize that gap is not close properly outside and inside .I paid 431$ for that kind of service but very quick conclusion was madepipe is broken and how much would cost me to replace.I had some one for second opinion and do you know what PIPE IS NOT BROKEN! Also i never got 60$ off ,a Monday discount ,02/17/20

When our water heater kept shutting down we tried several fixes to be cost effective and Dave and Matthew were always very responsive to quickly swing around to resolve the issue. Even if that meant coming by after normal hours to look and address the issue.

They will always shoot straight with you and I have never met a nicer person than him.
