David Dobbs installed a new water heater for me earlier today. I have used him before and he is very reliable about the time he says he is going to show up and is always willing to answer any questions you may have about the installation or repair. I have felt comfortable recommending him to any of my neighbors and friends in the Raleigh area.

I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

I've used them twice now. Once for a shower faucet, other time for a vanity installation. They are awesome. From making the appointment, to the guys coming out, the work, the payment, you name it, they are top notch and will use them again and suggest them to others.

Great company! We use them for every type of service they offer (plumbing and AC)Update 2021: We particularly want to comment on Josh, who did our routine HVAC inspection this year. He did an outstanding job by making sure our unit is working at its top performance but in addition he was able to provide a major correction to the initial installation this spring. Due to some miscommunication the UV air scrubber was not installed as part of our original package despite being included in our order. Not only Josh identified the issue he also properly installed the unit within less than 1 hour!The best business is not the one that never makes any mistakes(which is not possible!) but one that does an excellent job taking a corrective action to customer’s satisfaction. I would highly recommend StreamLine services to anyone who values top notch quality of work and the best in class customer service.

Fantastic! This was to replace the entire water line to my house. Several challenges: long distance, difficult terrain (wooded lot on downslope of a hill), pipe enters house under a low porch. They were able to do it without digging a trench, and worked around my Japanese Maple. Next day the yard looked completely undisturbed. i highly recommend this company.

Supposed to be free estimate charged me $373.62 for a job no more than $100 for a one natural gas simple connection. Totally incompetent- told gas is not leaking when it was, told water heater is on while it was off - could not turn it on. However spent time- should not have been on my cost if it's not your line of work. I have paid $85 in the past for a similar type connection. Very much disappointed.

These guys are AMAZING. I had a very concerning issue occur late afternoon. Called them and they were here very quickly. Seriously nice guy fixed things as good as possible and made an appointment to install the new appliance in a day. Lovely people to work with.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.
