This company came to fix our toilet because it was shaking. When the repair guy came is said it was an easy fix and so called fixed it. However a few days later our toilet starting leaking water from the area on the picture shown and it did not leak before the repair man came out. We called Acme plumbing thinking they would fix their mistake however they only tried to charge us to fix our leak when it was there fault our toilet was leaking. They said we should have had our toilet reset but the 1st plumber never told us that he just said it was a easy fix. I strongly suggest you do not use this company. They are only in for the money and instead fixing a mistake to keep a happy customer they decide to charge for something else in which they cause with the first repair.

Roto Rooter was able to quickly respond to a critical pipe that burst and was leaking in our living room in less than 12 hours and helped to fix the problem. Master Plumber Scott Kreitzer was extremely professional and courteous and fixed the leak quickly once he arrived and left everything cleaned up. THANKS ROTO ROOTER AND SCOTT! Highly recommend their services.

I've found my plumber now. Dylan replaced our hot water heater and replumbed our house to get rid of all the polybutylene pipes, as well as replacing all the faucets, and fixing a tub that wouldn't drain properly. He's professional and extremely personable. We got several estimates for the work, and his was very competitive. I would highly recommend him for any of your plumbing work.

Failed to complete job. Dug hole, left it unfilled with broken pipe by foundation. Quit and left with drain clogged. Replaced outdoor faucet did not seal opening in wall.
Totally wanted the money but not the work. The only thing they completed was the billing. Do not use.
