I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

I had a feeling it would be a great experience when I called to make the appointment and a person answered the phone!!!!! Woody and Ben were extremely helpful, showed up when they said they were going and they immediately saw the challenge, fixed it promptly, and the price was really reasonable. A1 Electrical did a wonderful job on the electrical work for the renovation of our community kitchen. The owner, William D Taylor, listened carefully to our plans and gave us expert advice that helped us reach our goals in a cost-effective way. His knowledge and skills made for a stress-free experience as he fit his work in around the work of the other tradespeople -- and he stepped up to help community members with some DIY tasks that proved more challenging than expected. We're hoping to work with him again on future projects.

Joshua went above and beyond to complete the work in my home. He replaced the kitchen sink, and bathroom tub faucets, removed and treated mold.

We had plumbing work and shower room installation by Devlin. They were very prompt in scheduling, giving estimate and showing at work. We will surely contact them again for their service.

What an amazing company to work with. The technicians were so fast and efficient and so willing to work when we weren't open - which wasn't easy considering the business is open 7 days a week. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing work!

2 stars for price only. $298.12 for a drain clean out. We called with the problem already diagnosed; it was non urgent, and they never lost the snake to the drain. They were here a total of 20 minutes. Outrageous pricing.

Edit in response to owner’s reply only: if I knew I’d had them for 2 hours at that price, I would’ve put them to work! $150/hour sure is something. Wish I made that.

Omg. I feel as if Anthony and Alberto are part of my family. Super friendly and articulate. Answered so many of my pedestrian questions about the faucet they installed. I feel fortunate to have had them in my home to install a new kitchen faucet. Worked cheerfully and gave complete instructions on the workings of the faucet. Thank you, Anthony and Alberto. You are a great duo!!!

Recent interaction with Sparrow and Sons was a total waste of time and money. Asked them to put in a new kitchen faucet. First serviceman came out and looked over the situation. After much wrangling with the company, I finally got the specs and bought the correct faucet at Lowes. When the second serviceman came out to install it, he tells me that he can't do it because I have mobile home plumbing! His advice: Just let it leak. So I had to return faucet to Lowes and got absolutely nothing. Why didn't the first serviceman tell me that Sparrow Co. doesn't do plumbing in mobile homes?? I paid $95 for the first visit, but then they had the nerve to bill for the second visit. Only because the receptionist was very nice, do I give them one star.
