Robert (Bobby) Dawson Pluming & Construction did an outstanding install of walk in tub and toilet. I highly recommend Bobby and his crew - Carpenter, Tile man and Electrician. They were efficient, on time and reasonable cost associated with the high quality of work.

Michael is responsive, his crew shows up on time and prepared (no extra trips to the store...). Replaced our 20+ year-old water heater for substantially less than competition.

Used their service to replace my old electrical water heater with Hybrid water heater, they did not finish their job of connecting the electrical cables to new water heater as cables were short, they left saying that an electrician has to do the job, which they did not give an estimate before starting the job.
They did not use CPVC pipes, did not put the water heater on existing stand, and they were asking for more to add extra CPCV pipes that are required for my new water heater.
Basically i can tell they were very unprofessional, but they charge as other professionals do. DON'T HIRE THEM.

We have a well and we’re losing water pressure. XPRT Plumbing responded quickly and replaced our pressure tank and made great suggestions for a home filtration that we will use them for also. Very professional and affordable.

Erik Bradley represented Roto Rooter well today in Clayton, NC. We had a leak from an upstairs bathroom among other broken things today. I called and he came out right away, was very professional, tried to save us by gluing the pipe. That turned out to not be an option. He informed us of the added expense before proceeding with the next step and got our OK on a higher charge. As well as fixing our issue, he was very personable and understanding. We will call Erik Bradley for future plumbing issues. Kudos to a JOB WELL DONE!!!!
