I had a mainline blow under the house 11/05/2019 plastic lines. They replaced the cold line and gave me a deal on the hot water line that would have been a issue at a later date. It's been over a year and nothing is wrong with water lines. The guy who came to the house was professional (understood the problem) his responsiveness was quick, the quality of the job was A+ and he spent no time in getting the parts he needed. Prompt. Courteous. Honest. Reasonable prices. We cannot thank Josh enough for his determination in finding what was blocking the master bathroom toilet. After using a manual auger and then a motorized auger he went under the house to the crawlspace to try and find the blockage. Still no luck, but he did not give up! He went to the store to purchase a balloon to use with a hose to force pressure into the line. He said the one he had was old and he didn't want to take a chance and have it burst in the line. IT WORKED! We appreciate the fact that Josh cared enough about our plumbing and went to the store to get a new part. It would have been easier to use what he had on hand.

This is the second time using Jones Plumbing. The first time we had a leak in the water line from our gas water heater which Josh fixed in under an hour. We give each visit gets five stars! THANK YOU to Josh and Jones Plumbing!!

Two residential hose bibs needed to be replaced. 30 minutes after sending web-based service requests to several companies Jone responded. At first I thought the price to replace two hose bibs was a little high but I quickly realized the quote was in-line with what others were charging.

Job was scheduled and completed within 48 hours. I requested a follow-up to correct a very minor oversight and they sent a tech out the next business day to close it out (and this was AFTER I had already paid over the phone).

Good customer service makes all the difference!

They service was great. Getting a copy of the invoice and receipt was hard to get. They do awesome work. Doesn't matter the weather conditions they on the job.

I phoned Jones plumbing at 8 am Monday morning and they had a plumber out to my house by noon. Josh was very nice, knowledgeable, and explained exactly what needed to be done to unclog my exterior basement drain.
Josh did an exceptional job of fixing my drain. I was so happy to see my drain flowing fast and not backing up.
Josh was so nice to speak with. I have not met many professionals that make the customer feel like they have their best interest at heart.

Had the water main pipe to break in my driveway called other plumbing companies they wanted to charge me just to come to my hose for an estimate not Jones Plumbing. Jacob was very professional he updated me on what was going on with every new process and showed me where the problem was and how they were going to complete the steps. Assured me the job would be completed in one day and he did just that even worked right through the rain. He's hard working very diligent, professional so was his employee. I will Definitely use Jones Plumbing again in the future!!! I will reccomend to my family and friends.

Had to have my kitchen ceiling ripped apart to fix a leak that this plumber caused when running a shower drain line in upstairs bathroom, and he tries to deny responsibility. Finally agrees to take responsibility after I was able to prove that it was his (huge) mistake.
Then the toilet he installed kept running and he said he'd come out to fix it, but blew me off and now won't even respond to my texts and calls, despite my threat to share my experience online. This guy is totally irresponsible, and I would never hire him again.

Jones Plumbing has provided me top-notch service for multiple jobs.They helped me with leaking water service lines in the yard and helped me remove a glued in toilet flange.

I used Jones to repair a leaking toilet. The seal was almost gone so the tech replaced the wax seal and reseat the toilet. 2 weeks later it was leaking again. The 2nd tech removed the toilet and showed me the wood flooring was rotten. I don't know why the 1st tech did not mention it. I decided to have the flooring repaired. The floor tech showed me the problem: it was a cracked flange. I had the floor repaired. The Jones tech took several hours and used 2 flanges but the toilet is still high above the floor so he used shims plus I had to pay another $128 for the service. I think they lost money because the repair took a lot longer than they thought. But then they tried to double bill me, but that did not work. I had lost a lot of faith in Jones abilities but thought this could be counted as a learning lesson for them. A week later I decided to use them to replace a broken pipe that twisted apart when I tried to replace the tub fill spout. I knew what needed to be done as I have done in my younger years. It required cutting the copper pipe, soldering on a coupling add a new short pipe to a 90 degree elbow & add a 6 extension into the tub. Then solder on a new threaded fitting. The Jones tech rejected that idea and said he needed to add a crimping fitting and it would be $304. I knew they were trying recapture their loss so I decided I was done with Jones. I called Jayk's Plumbing in Durham. The tech arrived early the next morning and I was very impressed. Very professional. He spent 45 minutes cutting and sweating the pipe in and charged me $150. I now have a new plumber. Lesson learned.

He hung up on me and when I called him back he wouldn’t answer. Just rude!

I called them about replacing my hot water heater. They were great. Great price, great service, great people. They are my plumbers from now on.

The guys were friendly and professional. They diagnosed and fixed the not-obvious problem quickly. The service was excellent, and I won't hesitate to use them again in the future!

I called Jones Plumbing at 3:30pm and they had plumbers at my place at 5pm the same day. The guys came in and fixed my issue in no time flat....thanks Jones Plumbing....I definitely will be using you guys again in the future.

Josh did a great job replacing our sewer pump and sealed it perfectly. Also fixed toilet leak.

Woke up to a dead water heater and water everywhere. Jones got a tech here, Josh, in less than an hour and replaced the water heater before the afternoon was up. That included new hookups since our tank was from 1988, and took extra care as our house is over a century old. They gave us a great price, which was deeply appreciated since only one of us is working during the quarantine. I'd give 6 stars if I could. Major props to Josh, who was informative and great to speak with.

Never showed to do the job even after confirming twice, would no longer answer the phone after he was 2 hours late. If I could give no stars I would. Don't call them if you need anything done promptly.

I called Jones Plumbing this morning after contacting five other plumbers to fix two toilets. One couldn’t get to my home for two weeks. But Jones Plumbing came out this morning and fixed the problem in under an hour. The owner Jacob was very nice and patient ok the phone. And the plumber Josh was very helpful and professional. I have already recommended them to my brother. And will recommend them going forward. They are my new plumber.

Jones Plumbing Services was very responsive... Not an emergency situation, but they were able to come out to replace a shut off valve within 48 hours. Josh also looked at a water pressure issue, gave me all the information about both issues, and followed up afterwards. Very professional and easy to work with, will use them again!

I called them to get a water purifier hooked up to my fridge. He quoted me a good amount (upwards of $200) but I paid him anyways hoping to get the job done.
He got the new pipes and used the pipes that came with the purifier. He used a smaller pipe to connect to the line coming in so it slowed the water force right there. I didn't realize it initially but after 1-2 weeks of use, I noticed that the water force is considerably slow.

I texted him mentioning that the water is considerably slow and he should change the pipe and that would make all the difference.
I called him 4 different days (10/7, 10/1, 9/29, 9/28) and he never picked up so I left voicemails all the time. He didn't call me back even once to talk through the issue or come and check it himself.

I found them very unprofessional when I have paid the full price for their service.
It's very rude not to return phone calls of your client when he leaves you 4 voicemails.

Excellent service. They came quickly . Spent the time necessary and were very very fair with their pricing. Jacob was great.

They are the real deal. All the technicians are salaried and not commission based. So they won't try to sell you anything you don't need. Real honest down to earth guys. The technicians explained all worked performed thoroughly. I had a sewer drain pipe blockage which The previous company I hired came out twice and charged me over 800 only for the pipe to be blocked up again a month later. Jones plumbing explained to me the reason behind why you shouldn't use a hydro jet on my blockage since the high pressure of the jet just makes the pipes that were already damaged by tree roots even worse. And more roots could get in. Instead they recommend clearing the pipe of roots then using a chemical called rootx treatment every couple of months. Couldn't be happier with their service and willingness to share the wealth of knowledge.

Josh and Jeremy were prompt, efficient and professional. Cleared the blockage and cleaned up. Pricing was better than the competition by far. Will definitely use them again!

I contacted Jones because my sump pump was running frequently and running and flooding my yard with a large amount of water. The technician that came out was very friendly and polite. After going in the crawl space he told me the sump pump was not emptying fully, which is why it keeps running. I questioned him on this because it was a LARGE amount of water. I specifically asked him if there was a leak and he said he no. So then i agree for them to change the pump for $600+. After they changed it, the new pump continued to run frequently. The next day I went under the house myself and found a very obvious leak. I then called Jones to let them know about the leak and how they gave me false information that led to a fix i didnt need. They said i would receive a call that day but I didnt hear anything from them for another 5 days. I had to call another plumber to come stop the leak and he informed me that the pump was installed poorly. Contacted Jones again about this and they deny any fault and said its MY FAULT because i agreed to the work. They charged me $600+ for a service i didnt need and blamed me for agreeing to work they told me i needed. The offered me a refund of $50!!! after i filled a complaint. Refused to refund me for the unnecessary sump pump or for the extra cost of having another plumber come out to ACTUALLY fix my problem.
