When my water heater finally does fail, I will not hesitate to call him to replace it.

She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.
