We had a great experience with PlumbServe. Our water heater (15 years old) started going on the fritz on a Friday and other places we called didn't have availability until late the following week. PlumbServe had someone out to our house the same day, applied a temporary solution that lasted us through the weekend, and was back here first thing Monday morning to replace the heater. Throughout the process they were responsive, professional, and easy to deal with. Highly recommend.

Remarkably good and honest. Here's one story that illustrates:

- We had raw sewage coming out of our basement drain - the result of some odd plumbing decisions made by a prior owner combined with a grey water system modern houses don't have (our house was built in the 1930s)

- Given the odd setup, the team initially tasked with our house decided to bring in Curry, the firm's owner, for additional perspective. On his first visit (the firm's second), he outlined a fairly extensive (and expensive!) rerouting of the plumbing. We readily agreed to that.

- But Curry acknowledged that he wasn't sure - and asked if he could return again with additional equipment before we moved forward. Of course, we agreed. On his return, Curry was able to identify the odd but generally workable setup that had caused the original problem and confirm that so long as a key pipe that had become blocked up is properly maintained, the multi-day plumbing exercise we'd been braced for was not needed.

I have nothing but praise for this company and especially for Ken. Our hot water heater broke one week before Christmas. A friend recommended Ken personally. I called him onTuesday night and my hot water heater was replaced by noon the following day. He matched the quote given to me by another company, which was very reasonable. I would highly recommend not just this company but Ken Macadam!! He is the best!!

From beginning to end, Doug and Jaden were great. They initially came out to give me a quote on replacing my 50-gallon direct vent hot water heater with a tankless system after the tanked water heater failed. They spent an hour inspecting the current system and even took the time to look through the crawl space to verify that the house was capable of supporting a gas tankless system. They answered all my questions and provided me with 5 options including the cheaper option of replacing the 50-gallon direct vent hot water heater. I never felt as if a question was too basic to ask or that I was being rushed to make a decision. Based upon their attention to detail, professionalism, and friendliness I was ready to hire them on the spot.The installation process went even better than the quote. Doug and Jaden arrived on time. They kept me informed of their progress. Chris, the Streamline Services electrician arrived to wire a new outlet to supply the gas tankless water heater with power. Chris was just as professional, friendly, and detailed as Doug and Jaden. Chris took the time to explain what he had done. Doug and Jaden doubled checked every component and I am confident of the quality and craftsmanship of their work. After the installation was completed, Doug took the time to show me the features of the new system. The installation of the tankless water heater from quote to installation was seamless and efficient.I will use Streamline Services again and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a professional detailed oriented company that you can trust.

Unbelievable but True ~
After a week without water & $240.lost from taking off work, $76.put into Eddie’s the owners van for gas, $158. In parts they said I needed to do the job. ( another plumber said what? Why did they make you buy this?) I also paid their prior debt in full at the hardware store. $58. Eddie took $40 for gas day one, day two 7:30 AM he calls me demanding to be picked up said he slept in the woods and needed a ride to his home. Came out of the woods with a 12 pack of beer. He said his house he lived in has no power & he needed money to get that straight. $60 dollars day two, They insisted on fixing my toilet that had no problems till they fixed it. Then it would not hold water in the tank when they were done. Day 3 still waiting for the circus plumbers to fix a leak in my main water line which they said they would do no problem. Another $40. And nothing done. They tore up my yard never found the leak. Ate dinner 3 nights broke my toilet. Finally I had enough ~ one was sitting on my motorcycle the other was Grinding up the ground & my main water line. I said you can’t do that. Why are you digging with the Trencher over my water line?

Eddie left said he quit that he didn’t like the way I talked to him. Maybe he liked it when Joe later talked to him ~ Telling him to NEVER come on our property again. To date Eddie Owes us every dollar spent for a Job Never Completed. He broke our toilet we had to purchase another toilet. Eddie did nothing absolutely nothing to fix the problem yet damaged my property.
Be careful if you use this company, they are genuine con artist. I have demanded my money back & had no reply. In addition they took parts that I had purchased from the hardware store. A totally horrific experience! Worst nightmare ever!!

Update 11/7/19 ** Eddie wanted to take the water line Over my Septic Tank main drain line where the line came out from under my house ( the shortest distance) I told him he could NOT use his Trencher and place the Water line there. The Main Electric Line is also buried in this area. He got mad. He also got mad when I asked him Why he was taking his trencher grinding up my main water line. When he decided to leave he did yet he Left me without water on a Friday at 3 PM. He was told NEVER to come on my property again. I own the Motorcycle his worker was sitting on. It is Registered in My Name Only & I NEVER gave permission for either to sit on MY motorcycle. If you’re at my house to fix a plumbing issue you have no entitlement to my personal property!
To date this company has not refunded my money.

During a routine maintainance check there was a gas leak found. Alex Romero was very nice and professional. The gas was turned off and the gas pack was replaced the following day. Nice.

They came out and provided same day service. It was a flat fee to unclog my main line. The tech was professional and explained everything he was doing. I would recommend them.

I work with him for about a week and I liked it I learned quite a bit and I had much to learn but I wanted to keep learning. Don’t ever rely on him or his company. If you go to work for him, it’s common that he’ll just lay you off so he can work on his little vintage car collection. While I was working with him, he was going to sell one of his cars so instead of doing plumbing work and going to the jobs that we had that day he canceled those jobs and made me clean his car so we can sell it. A very unprofessional business. Don’t get me wrong, when he actually does attend To the jobs, he does an amazing job. But even if you have a scheduled day for him to come work at your house he will cancel it if it involves his car collection no matter how urgent. And to those who would work with him, no matter the race or anything like that, he’ll drop you in a heartbeat. Edwin you should know who this is. I trusted you. You used me. And kicked me to the side.
