Had this company come out to tune up my 2 units. Just received an estimate of $7255 to do recommended repairs. My units work completely fine. There is no doubt this company comes out, takes a bunch of photos and tries to scare you into doing unnecessary repairs. Shame on you. Not taking this customer for a ride. Do not fall for these tactics.

Our water heater went out after 20 years.  Called Drain Express around 8:30 a.m. and they said someone would be out between 10 and 12.

Dicky arrived just before 11, gave me a quote for the new water heater, valves, venting, pan, and all that was needed.
Him and his technician left for about an hour to get the new one. It was a good quality unit with great reviews.

Drain Express installed, cleaned up and was done in about an hour and fifteen.  Everyone at Drain Express was very friendly and professional.  All my questions were answered patiently and with straight uncomplicated answers.  I would Reccomend to friends and fam.

Perhaps I'm not a handyman, but I can tell a good job from bad. The story: I bought a toilet tank kit to replace the insides of the tank and I thought it would take me one hour max. Maybe the kit didn't quite fit, or maybe I'm just that bad, but at the end of the ordeal I had leaks from various places, plus, I broke the shut off valve. Spent about 5 hours laying on the wet floor. At this time, around Christmas, it's been hard to find someone to come over, especially at 9 PM. Well, they did and all I can say, it was amazing. Kind of like an emergency surgery (and in fact, I think surgery is a kind of plumbing) - full focus on the job, actually running (not walking) back to the truck for supplies. Give me the scalpel, except give me the wrench, in this case. I am impressed.

Considering the circumstances, we had a very positive experience with our Roto-Rooter tech, David Guin. David came out on a Monday night around 9pm and had us all fixed up within an hour or so. He was courteous, polite, knowledgeable and prompt with his service. I will definitely be calling David and Roto-Rooter again for all of our plumbing needs.

Edwin Lazo has answered my distress call twice in the past 8 months. He has always been prompt, courteous and provided excellent plumbing services. The last service call had him digging and moving 20 feet of water lines during a pouring driving rainstorm. He maintained his usual cheerful attitude the entire time. Mr. Lazo is my go-to plumber. He is simply the best.
