GREAT customer service! And they ALWAYS are willing to go that EXTRA MILE to help!! Been a customer for a few years since I tried a FEW other COMPANIES that had FAILED in maintenance and repairs. They came in and RESCUED my Heating Unit spending that extra care and time. DEFINITELY a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!!

I was called and received a text about 30 minutes before their arrival letting me know they were on the way. Joe and Rebecca showed up on time. They were very friendly and ready to solve my problem. They asked me again exactly what my plumbing issues were. Then they got to work. When they were finished they cleaned up everything. They explained to me exactly what they had done. I am so pleased with their work and obvious good work ethic. They will continue to be my go to company if I unfortunately have another plumbing issue in the future.

I highly recommend Jimmy and Kiko, I've hired them multiple times to install a base board heating system, replace a forced air furnace, replace a water tank, fix a cracked septic line, fix a natural gas line that was corroding in the earth in my crawlspace, and a few other odds and ends. Multiple members of my family also hired them to handle their plumbing needs and they are always satisfied with the results. They are professional, punctual, have integrity, and are easy to work with. I won't use anyone else, keep up the great work guys!

We had water from our kitchen sink leaking through the sealing of the downstairs bedroom. Turns out it was a defect during manufacturing of the pipes installed when the house was built. Kurdel was very knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed the problem right away and got the pipes replaced very quickly with no more leaks. I would highly recommend Flow Star.

Had a leaky faucet causing water damage. $200 later and still had a leaky faucet. Burton would not return the money or admit to bad service. Instead the owner stands behind his so called trust worthy plumber who gave us a run for our money and fixed nothing. Charged us for parts that we did not receive. I ended up taking the dang faucet apart myself proving they replaced nothing. I then fixed the faucet myself via 2 trips to Home Depot and $1.50 in parts, and haven't had a problem since.... But I'm still a little upset to have $200 stolen from me by a business who either is crooked or is OK with employing crooks. If you need something done either do it yourself or call someone else. Considering filing a report with the Better Business Bureau.

Called on an emergency twice as over a foot of water in crawl space Sunday 29 Aug broken sump pump (Left that on the voicemail). They were listed on a warranty contract to call the next business day, which would have been the 30th (Monday). I received that confirmation email at 6:29P.. No response to my 2 calls Sunday eve which I understand, but no response via text either on Monday (voicemail says they may respond faster via text left at 815 AM). Nothing, although the warranty email states they would call the next business day.

Called another service on Tuesday and they were out within 40 minutes of my call and fixed the sump pump in less than an hour. It's unfortunate one attempt to communicate in a timely manner would have prevented this. This review is based on their lack of response as I didn't have a chance to rate their work this time.

I would highly recommend using Erwin Plumbing Heating and Air for your plumbing and/or heating needs in the valley! We live in Big Lake, and recently moved to Alaska from the lower 48. Our experience has been excellent with this team on several different projects including installation of propane heat & piping to our garage and extension/upgrading of our current plumbing/heating needs to our guest cabin. Pricing has been fair, the team has been timely & responsive and has followed through on all agreed upon timelines. I called on Sunday evening about a clog and told them it wasn’t an emergency and was okay with waiting until Monday. I had to work Monday afternoon, though, so first thing would be ideal.

They called me Monday morning right at 9 and Dakota and Ryan were at my door by 9:30. They were in and out, professional, efficient, personable, and reasonably priced.

We will never call anyone else for drain clogs!
