I had a very minor plumbing job, but Landis was very responsive and accomodating to our work schedule. His work was very thorough and neat even when the problem proved to be a little more extensive than initially thought. I highly recommend Erwin Plumbing.

Needed Some maintenance done around mechanical system...leaky pipe, bad valve, new water filter etc. Work was done neatly, timely and within his estimate. Have some more issues that weren’t so pressing and will likely have Landis return again for that.

Our experience has been excellent with this team on several different projects including installation of propane heat & piping to our garage and extension/upgrading of our current plumbing/heating needs to our guest cabin. Landis has done a couple of projects for us. The first was replacing a pressure tank and installing a whole home water filter for us. Great work at a fair price. We had him back to fix a leak we had in a drain pipe. Would highly recommend Erwin Plumbing.

I was waiting on the plumber I contacted yesterday to show up. Finally called Mr. Erwin and explained our problem with the tankless water heater. He showed up within the hour. Took care of the issue quickly and even taught my grandson how to do the repair in the future.

Landis was awesome!!! We had no heat at our rental building..... the boiler was not working. 1 call to Landis and he was there!!! He fixed the boiler ASAP. He even checked in with me the next day to make sure there was still heat!! Amazing service.

Erwin was AMAZING. A total life saver. We called him after our homes furnace went out in the middle of winter. It was -10 degrees outside and the home was quickly getting cold inside. He came to our house within 30 minutes of our call, diagnosed our furnace, and was able to locate the parts needed and get it fixed and up and running the very next day. He saved us thousands of dollars and was very timely, professional, and kind. I couldn’t ask for better service. I HIGHLY recommend his business for any needed repairs. I contacted this company to get work done on my home. We need a new water heater installed, new toilet, shower plumbing, a washer dryer box installed and a few other minor tasks. All things that this company can do. I was told he was scheduling 3 weeks out to get an estimate. Ok. After sending him an estimate I received from another company so that he could get a better idea of the work that needed to be done, he decided to pass on the job without any explanation. We never discussed cost or anything. He comes so highly recommended and has so many great reviews. Wish I had something positive to say. :(

The owner Mr. Erwin, is honest, professional, excellent, hardworking, skillful, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Many of these traits are just so hard to find in any businesses these days; so when you do find not just one trait but all of them in a business owner, it makes the business even more valuable. Not only did we find Mr. Erwin’s wonderful business, but we had so many things happen all at once and needed referrals for four separate companies in total; and every single company referred to and hired in his network of trusted contractors…well, each of those companies from the one who recommended him to the ones he recommended were all found to be excellent. So not only is this a referral for Erwin Plumbing and Heating, llc. but if you need plumbing or heating and any referrals for any other service needed that he cannot provide, which there isn’t much he cannot be trusted to do in my humble opinion, know that you can trust whoever he recommends, to be just as excellent as him. We found Mr. Erwin does excellent work the first time around and you will not need multiple visits or the cost of needing to ever call a second company to fix any work he provides, because his first time asked workmanship is so excellent. Mr. Erwin honors his bids and showed up so quickly to fully fix not only our plumbing issues, but here we are a few months later and we had a bit of an emergency at my mother in loves home and Mr. Erwin, happened to be in the area and showed up right away to problem solve, give us a bid on a plan of action and within a couple of days had the replacement furnace and everything we agreed upon needing fixed totally completed. Yay!

We needed plumbing work a few months back for our own home and what a blessing finding Erwin Plumbing and Heating, llc. The owner did excellent install work, installing and replacing blocked piping and designed a piping system to include a shutoff valve for the entire water system, shutoff valve for our outside water faucets, a bypass for our water softener so we would never have to risk breaking the plastic one on our original system that was very difficult to use and of course a way to also turn all water on everywhere. The piping is set up now where any of those four routes for water can now be achieved with a simple turn of a couple of levers: Full shut off, outside faucets shut off, bypass softener and full run.

Can plumbing piping be cool? We sure think so, as Mr. Erwin is both talented at his craft and skilled in his follow through. One of the best companies we have hired in 55 years of living here in Alaska.

We had unknown damage to our holding tank that did not become apparent until nearly three weeks after the big earthquake. Erwin Plumbing came out immediately and assessed the situation. We believed we would need a new holding tank, and we were prepared to go without water until after Christmas. Erwin Plumbing called back on Christmas Eve, said that he wanted to try another solution, and asked if he could come by. To make a long story short, he saved the day just in time for Christmas, and we shelled out a lot less than we expected to. I highly recommend this company and will continue to call them for all of our plumbing needs.

Water heater quit and Erwin Plumbing came out on a Saturday. He got it working temporarily until he could get the part replaced on Monday. Very responsive and quality work!

I hired Landis Erwin to replace the cartridge in my Delta shower. He picked up the part and showed me what it actually costs. No hiking up the price on the parts. He went to work quickly and was done in an hour. So far no leaks. He was very professional and respectful of me and my home. I felt safe having him in my home.
