I have contacted John twice, January 2020 and 2021, for different reasons. Returned home in 2020 from a trip and my pipes had frozen, John came right a way and ended up fixing the main leak and a secondary break after restarting furnace. This year I noticed a dry puddle under the furnace and corrosion on some pipes. After reviewing photos, John came within 5 days and replaced only what was necessary and checked the operation of the unit.
John's experience shows in his work, thoroughness and concern for his customers. I have referred John to friends and co-workers, who have let me know they too appreciate his service.
I'd say stop paying the big dogs for less and go to Fox for the best!

Did a great job at replacing my old garbage disposer & installing a new one i had purchased. He was very thorough in checking all the connections for leaks. It was a job well done. 35 years of experience showed really well. In the fall I will have him check out my heating system knowing I can trust his expertise. Bought a new home with outdated EVERYTHING. Fox Plumbing helped us install new plumbing for our kitchen sink and dish washer. This included pipes, drain and vent in the wall and our garbage disposal under the sink.
Fox Plumbing also cut and relocated a portion of our baseboard radiator heating pipe.
We're moving onto a total bathroom renovation next and looking forward to having Fox in here knocking that out.
John is positively awesome! He came out on a Saturday so that I could finally have a shower, he didn't rob my bank account either. His prices are more than fair and some of the most cost effective of the different plumber's I contacted. He is my plumber for life!!

John is a amazing man. I called him right at 8am. Telling him what was going on. He came out and fix my toilet like a pro. He even looked at my sink. I now have someone to call and fix around my place. I am very picky person to have someone to do work on my places. He’s good in my book!

I can't say enough about how great John is. He came on time with a smile on his face ready to help. He was upfront about the costs and what certain things meant and would happen if we chose this over that. He was very transparent. We called because of our water heater, and he was here the next day with a new one. The entire time he was here he was pleasant, great to talk to, and very efficient in his work. We also had an issue with our dishwasher leaking into the sink and he knew immediately how to fix it and did so rather quickly. We are really impressed. I would absolutely refer anyone and everyone to him. We've finally found our family plumber. Call him, you won't regret it.
Excellent customer service and quality work! They were able to diagnose gas fireplace repair over phone so could bring parts and repair on the spot. Very fair price and quick response.

John has plenty of knowledge in both plumbing and heating and has experience in both residential and commercial in Anchorage. He took care of my home's issue quickly and efficiently. Great guy, friendly and professional. Will call him again.
John was very professional and on-time. I'm a young woman, and he was very patient with all of my questions. He wanted to make sure that I understood what he was doing. He definitely knows his stuff and wasn't try to pull one over on me like others in town.
