We were referred to Drain Masters by Polar Maintenance Plumbing...and they were great. We had a full apartment back up...could have had to do a new line. I have lived with this plumbing for 38 years and NO plumbing, drain folks or Rotor Rotor type ever even tried to open the old fashion entrance drain that goes all the way too the street. They did not even TRY!!!!!!$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ Drain masters came and had the sucker off in 10 minutes and cleaned all the drain...stopped the ongoing flood and put the cap back on!..HIRE Them
The price was very expensive to snake a toilet drain but I needed to stop the leak I had no other choice. The cost was over $400 plus I paid a extra $200 to use the camera to see the origins of the problem. Send your children to school for plumbing they earn as much as lawyers

The people that came and worked on my place were great and very nice. However their customer service sucks. After they came out 2 weeks ago I have been trying to get them to email me an invoice and an update about my bellied pipe. After calling on 4 different occasions they have yet to call me back or send the email despite claiming they will each time.I am still pleased with the work but trying to communicate with them sucks, at least for me.

I spoke to Olivia and Grace on the phone originally when I called and then to set up an appointment time. Both were very friendly and helpful. Jeffery was the technician that did our repairs, he is a very friendly guy and showed me exactly what was wrong and what needed to be done. He also informed me that the tank of the toilet was slightly cracked at the top quite a bit above the waterline. I appreciated his honestly about the location of it not being a serious problem but to consider getting it fixed. The repairs were quick and it was awesome getting pictures emailed to me of the before and after.

I just had Drain Masters over to thaw my sewer and get everything flowing again. This is my second experience with them, and both times they've been really professional, very patient answering every one of my questions and just generally very pleasant. I had been notified by my tenants that the Sewer was backing up last week and my suspicion was it was caused by the earthquake which indeed played a roll. My driveway sunk about 3-6 inches causing the sewer below to offset and trap water. This was explained by the knowledgeable crew at Drainmaster. They had to come out a few times to get the proper equipment to clear the pipes to run the camera system through and diagnose the problem. They were not able to fix the problem, that will have to wait till spring/summer in which I will have to dig up my driveway and make repairs to the pipe.5 Star Service and Customer Service, Thank you!

Blayne was FANTASTIC!!! He went above and beyond in helping to fix my plumbing issue. By thinking outside the box he was able to stop the immediate roof leak that I had in my office building. It's not fixed yet but at least there is no more water raining through my roof into my office building.On Monday he will return and jet the pipes to clear whatever is clogging the pipes.Blayne was kind enough and worked up the work order to show me the pricing as to what it would be to have it done during normal work hours or if I wanted him to forge ahead and do it on overtime. I picked standard time so that is why he will return on Monday.I have a budget that I have to work within and he was kind enough and helped me do that.I can't say enough about Drain Masters and the care they put into their work and their clients.I'll never go anywhere else for my commercial or residential needs.Drain Masters, you have a great employee in Blayne!! Give that man a raise!!

I am so thankful for the work this company did this week. They made a very stressful time less stressful and were respectful about COVID and kind. I really can't say it enough.All 7 people I interacted with (from the staff on the phone to the people that worked on our house) were amazing, professional, kind, helpful, and had great attitudes. For the job they were prompt, reliable, pricing was good, cleaned up nicely, were professional, and explained and walked me through everything.They showed me the video footage from their camera and explained all 40 feet of pipe and pointed out stuff this week and explained all the steps for fixing what was wrong. Would recommend them 100% of the time.

Very good. Typical water heater R&R, fittings on new heater weren't quite the same as old one. Mark & Shaun had to make couple parts runs, still got my new heater installed in what I consider record time. Would've taken me DAYS to do on my own. Well worth the money.

Douglas came for a routine, preventative maintenance camera job. We have a sensitive system due to a belly in our line and an ancient backwater valve, and like to check on things before our busy season (we have a rental unit on the lower level of our home). We noticed immediately that the valve had rusted and broke and was lying in the pipe collecting any solid and toilet paper trying to make its way out. With people checking in in two days this immediately became a nice sized problem that required swift action. The size of the problem increased a bit when the location of the backwater valve was determined to be 2 feet underground and beneath the foundation wall (very precarious position, old, not well planned construction). This would require jackhammering the newly remodeled floor of our unit. Chris, Doug's supervisor, rearranged his schedule to fit our job in the very next morning, showing up with Paul at 8a.m. Paul and Chris confidently, carefully and efficiently worked to replace the old valve and were completely finished by 3p.m.. They even installed a concealed access point for the new valve for future maintenance (The owner of the company stopped by to check and contribute to the design). Our tenants checked in on time with zero interruption. I don't typically write long reviews, in fact this will be the longest review I've ever written. These guys did a fantastic, professional job. I wish all services could be trusted to do the kind of work Drainmasters did for us. We will be having them back to realign the rest of our system as soon as it's in the budget. And we will be referring them to all of our business and homeowner friends. Thank you Paul, Chris Douglas and the owner, (sorry sir I didn't get your name). WELL DONE!!

Drain Masters were very responsive and did a great job resolving a combination shower drain and toilet drain issue we were having. Although it wasn't an emergency they were out the next morning after a call late the previous day. Joe the technician was courteous and professional, explaining what was going on and what he did to fix it. Will definitely call them back or recommend them to anyone else.

With no real disruption to the home I would highly recommend this company to any homeowners with older systems of cast iron piping. Highly recommend!! We had a really bad clog in our kitchen sink garbage disposal side tried everything we could to unclog it in the end we made it worse as the left side started pooling water as well. Now both sides are clogged we needed professional help at this point! Good thing we called Drain Masters they came out right away got the sink unclogged in a timely matter. They also found the leak and got the sink repaired. We are very satisfied and happy with the results, time and service we've received to get this problem fix. The techs were out within 1 day and within a couple of hours had identified and fixed our water backup issue. They were very good about investigating other aspects of our plumbing for preventative issues as well so we wouldn't run into problems down the line. These guys are amazing! They were able to schedule me within my needed timeframe, kept me posted with confirmation and arrival times via e-mail and phone. The technician was super nice, did wear shoe covers in the house, I didn't even have to ask (we just installed new carpet, so it was very much appreciated), very professional and quick, left everything very clean. Drain Masters is making in home visits during Covid and they are taking appropriate actions to be as safe as possible, they are very clean, they are wearing masks and distancing. Aiden was the technician who helped us with our issue, he was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He was able to evaluate at our immediate issue and offer reasonable and realistic options. He was also able to get us back online very quickly. This has been an ongoing issue for us. In February my sister and I came up to Alaska to take care of the house of my recently deceased father and found the pipes were frozen as well as a multitude of other plumbing issues. Great reputable company. I had a clog, they were able to come within 4 hours. Didn’t charge overtime for showing up at 6p and found the clog in about 1.5 hours. I highly recommend them.
I had an issue with my kitchen sink making a water hammering noise. Also, an annoyingly slow drain (obviously clogged badly). After channeling my inner-plumber skills (after watching several YouTube videos) and failing to fix the issue, I called Drain Masters. Their customer service is friendly and good. Communication was never an issue. The service was scheduled quickly and the technicians were friendly and professional (Shaun was great). They also followed COVID-19 protocols when entering my home. They were able to fix the issue at a reasonable cost. I would use their service again if needed. 5/5 stars.

We called and within the same day, within hours, DJ who was also training his partner Jimmy showed up and was able to troubleshoot and offered very reasonable solutions and timeframes for all. We chose what worked for us. They are able to come back out with a camera tomorrow and shoot to the roadway for a very reasonable rate while also solving our main problem. They joked with us while doing the work, which makes an awful situation always better. Great professional work, hard working, priced reasonably, and very quick to come out, quote, and do the work immediately. A+.

Worked with Blayne, James, Grace, and Olivia(?). All staff were top notch in service, communication, and knowledge. We had questions that got answers, and better yet explanations. Drain Masters really made it happen!!! Douglas did a great job of sending a tech over ASAP to assess our problem, after hours and on a Sunday. After arriving, Daniel immediately went to work and quickly resolved the issue. Daniel was very professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to interact with. When video revealed the root of our problems, Douglas was quick to assist in connecting us with a professional contractor to replace the deteriorated sewer line.We really appreciate Douglas and Daniel taking their time to discuss and explain things as they did. Toilet had a bottle fall in the toilet and get clogged, was working 12 hours shifts for 2 weeks and didn't want to bother with replacing it myself. Purchased a new toilet, hauled it upstairs and called drain masters to install the new toilet.They removed old toilet, used mirrors to look in old toilet for some reason, reinstalled old plugged toilet, asked them again to install new toilet as old one had bottle stuck in toilet S curve. Paid a extra hour of labor. Tried to explain this on the phone, they didn't seem to care, just paid the extra $100. After my third annoying reminder to leave a review, here is your one star. Enjoy your $100 and leave me alone.

Shaun and Mark were great to work with. Really, really great service! I expected to be waiting for an appointment, maybe even for another day or two. They dispatched Aiden right away who arrived in half an hour or so. Everyone we worked with either on the phone or in person was very professional and did a great job of explaining steps they would take to do the job. Aiden was really friendly and knowledgeable. Service was beyond expectations with Aiden contacting the utility company (AWWU) to let them know what problems were happening and helping to get them involved in fixing the issue. I really appreciated that I was given options for what work they would do, with pricing, which was fully explained up front. I am so impressed with their service! Highly recommend this company!
We had new flooring in our bathrooms installed and the flooring company moved and reinstalled toilets as part of the job. Afterwards, all 3 toilets started leaking but the flooring company wouldn’t take responsibility unless we could prove it was their fault. Drain Masters responded very quickly and did a thorough investigation. They took pictures to put on the invoice to show where the leaks were coming from and why. It turned out that tools were used to tighten a part that should’ve only been hand tightened and the pictures showed tool marks left behind on the part that was over tightened. It was exactly what we needed!

Kitchen sink in our Condo was solidly plugged, Drain Masters was contacted upon the recommendation from other plumbing company. Made appointment late afternoon, next day right on scheduled time Rees L. Was at our door with tools in hand, Rees, an extremely polite and knowledgeable young man had to use a large auger feeding 70 feet of cable (twice) was able to break thru and then flush piping curing our problem. I would recommend Rees L. To anyone requiring Drain Masters services. Rees was very knowledgeable, prompt, personable and hard working. I called them after another company recommended I call them, and I asked the person on the phone when I first called, and also when they called back to confirm if my issue was something they could help with. They said yes, but the tech arrived and within 10 seconds said he couldn't help. Yet they still charged me 99 dollars for wasting my time. The receptionist I first talked to sounded very distracted and input my issue into the system very differently than what I described. I'll use someone else in the future if their services are needed.

I had a clogged kitchen drain that was inside the wall. I stumbled upon Drain Masters after calling a number of other plumbers that were too busy to come (or too busy to even respond to my phone calls). Drain Masters was very responsive and was able to come the next morning. That morning they provided me text message updates about their expected time of arrival, provided photo ID before coming into my house, and cleaned up after themselves after clearing the leak. Very professional, and at a fair price!!!

Drain Master’s services were excellent. It did take a couple of visits to clear the waste line (unexpected construction debris in line - it took awhile to identify). The response on the first visit was a bit slower - two days. Once on-site, the service was quick, clean and very courteous. Thank you.

Drain Masters provides very good service. Although there were issues with the initial job, Mr. Gerald Tyson correct the issues in a timely and professional manner. I recommend Drain Masters for any plumbing job.
Drainmasters, within an hour, figured out that frost had lifted service 'up' pipes along the line to the city system, allowing soil to block the waste pipe, causing water to back up into the house. They are supposed to give us a quote to refit the 'up' pipes back into the main line.

Polite, professional experts here. I'm happy that we had this fine company working on our house. They cleaned, repaired (with a little excavation), and relined our sewer pipe. The work was expensive but necessary and well performed by their technicians. While I reflected on the usefulness and importance of the work I considered whether I should have become a plumber in my career.I will not hesitate to contact them whenever their services are needed in our home. They are great and they made our house livable for the long term. We are going to be paying for it for a few years 🤣 so it definitely helps to be so happy and grateful for the help they gave us. He immediately realized it was not necessary to run the drain camera, but took a more logical approach. The process was fairly simple; the first call directed a notification to the local scheduler. The second and third calls coordinated the repairman and the 30 minute notification of the arrival of repairman. Upon arrival, I stated my procedures that were unsuccessful and they assessed what was going to be needed to complete the drain service. A quick computerized service rate sheet, offering 3 levels of service. After choosing, they went to work. Roughly 1 hour later, successful drain cleaning. Very professional, buy the book. A little on the high end for labor rates, but if you require service you can’t beat their punctuality and professionalism.
The Tech that came out, Shelton, was very respectful, knowledgeable, and explained every step of the service he provided. He also made suggestions on improving our plumbing situation.

We had a sewer eruption in our home last week. Drain Masters came here to help with the messy situation rapidly and on time. Our mainline got a good joggle from the big earthquakes in January and November of 2018. I've been using enzyme based openers and got everything flowing again.Only the kitchen sink had problems and my husband got handy with removing the trap and sending a snake down. On Saturday our luck ran out- the backup was too far down the line.Our neighbor told us about DrainMasters and how they FIXED the problem. Our homes were built in the 1950's, so they need a good cleanout!Called DrainMasters. Rees Lee was able to get to the problem and auger it clear. All that we did was great- for 60% of the line. The last forty needed some help.Rees also gave me some pointers on how to keep the buildup from returning so the line stays clearer longer.

Drain Masters has always been awesome. We’ve used them for at least 15 years whenever we have an issue. We used RotoRooter once when DrainMasters was booked, I would rather wait a day with a clogged sink than have RotoRooter come out. Definitely would recommend DrainMasters to anyone I know.

I'm sure they are good at what they do, I would not know that part, as I never got that far. $65 to come out and give you a quote. Their clogged drain packages started at $350 and went up to over $800. I paid the $65 and went with someone else, still ended up paying less than their lowest package.

My wife informed me of a problem in the morning before heading off to work. I called Drain Masters after getting to work. I had an appointment for that afternoon. The tech was on time and was able to resolve the blocked drains within an hour. It was excellent experience and I will use them again.
Showed up a little late without calling. But when I called them they were super friendly and the plumber called back right away. He fixed the clog right away and cleaned up after himself. I'll definitely use them again

Called about 730am on Thursday morning concerning a drainage issue in my home. Phone was answered promptly (surprise!) by a fella who assured us that as soon as he arrived at the office, he would check his schedule to get a tech to our house.Was called a short time later by a very nice gal who scheduled us no later than 1:00pm.Got a call about 1000am by a tech who said he was free and would like to come by and address our drainage issues. As advertised the tech arrived 15 minutes later and began to asses the problem. He did a pre- job inspection and checked with AAWU concerning city pipes and locations in relation to our house pipes.He go to work on the problem a short while later and took time to explain what he was doing and some of the options we had depending on what was found. Within an hour he was finished and our problem was fixed with minimal issues found. He gave some advice to keep the problem from happening again (or at the very least mitigating it).After the job the tech took his time reinstalling everything and cleaning up the work area (bathroom). Afterwards it looked better than when he arrived! (not that we keep a dirty bathroom Lol!)I highly recommend these folks for any of your plumbing issues. The total cost for the job came in under 200 dollars! Hows that for economical!

I had not used Drain Masters, but I did call them as I had quite a problem with a drain in a commercial building. I had no idea the extent of the problem, but as the minutes ticked away the water kept coming back up through the floor drain in the common laundry room. Steve M at Drain Masters really understood what was happening and helped make the problem go away for both the tenants and me. Extremely professional, very helpful, Steve made a VERY difficult situation manageable. Not an easy task. If you need help; call Drain Masters.
I have never had to deal with plumbers before. I had a major clog in toilet line from house to street. Went thru 4 different plumbers of which they could not fix the problem. I went 5 days with no facilities being told they would come back. One plumber never even showed. I called Drain Masters and they sent someone right out and within 15 mins he had taken care of the clog. I had a camera come out the next day to see what the problem was. Drain Masters found the problem and had it fixed. The cost was very reasonable. Very impressed with the dedication of the techs that came out. Thank you.

I called Drain Masters because my toilet was not sitting properly but wobbling. My son tried to fix it but the floor under the base of the toilet not even and was too low. The man who came was very prompt, and understood what my problem was immediately. He worked quickly, neatly and the cost was much lower the cost of a Plumber. When I asked some other plumbing questions, he explained that he was not a licensed plumber but was qualified to do jobs that did not require licensed plumber.

Drain Masters was recommended by my realtor and I’m so glad I called them. We had a clogged shower drain and I called the “other guys” first, who told me they couldn’t see past the P-trap but they were sure the pipe was broken down there so I needed to tear the whole shower out. Thank goodness I got a second opinion, there was a clog 3 feet past the P-trap that they were able to snake out.

We had a clogged toilet thanks to someone flushing paper towels, which led to sewage backing up into the tub. It's 11pm-12am and everyone we have called either told us to call someone else, or didn't respond at all. (So much for 24hrs.) The gentleman who referred me to Drain Masters was nice enough to call back in the morning to make sure our problem was taken care of. I called Drain Masters as soon as I woke up around 8AM, they were there within 20-30minutes. The gentleman who came took care of it in less than an hour, and even told us we needed 2 wax rings and not 1 because when they first installed the toilet and tiles, the toilet was uneven, so it wasn't a clean flow.Drain Masters is the best. We used Drain Masters for the first time in April 2020. Our technician was Aidan, He was so professional, explain things so well that even myself who has zero knowledge about plumbing could understand. When we had a another issue, The first call we made was to Drain Masters. Even though we had to wait two days ( they were booked solid) It was worth the wait to again have Aidan as our technician. ( We also requested him) Of course, he provided the same professional service to us. We will continue to be customers of Drain Masters in the future!

Both Aidan & Gerald came over for two separate appointments to help us try to troubleshoot a water leak in our basement that’s unfortunately out of their scope of work since we may have a foundation issue. Aidan came out for a consultation and Gerald helped us with a drain camera service. They were both timely, professional and patient with my questions and took their time to try to find a solution for our next step. The office staff was also friendly and professional and I would definitely recommend this business and contact them again for other services.

We have an older house (built in 1971) and our drains, pipes, and sewer can be a nightmare! We tried numerous companies but only Drain Masters took the time to find the root of the problem (years ago) and since then they have helped us in numerous areas of our home.We have dealt with several different employees from this company over the past decade and every single one of them have been extremely helpful.

It is a little early to judge the overall experience. Joe was very professional and amiable and got right down to work and solved my problem. During the repair an essential piece went down the drain. The repair completion is on hold until a replacement piece arrives. I will be interested to see how much more the job costs due to the piece lost by the technician.

Definitely impressed with the overall professionalism of this business. Technician showed up right on time, the office staff handled the scheduling flawlessly, and the pricing was very reasonable for what I got.I received a copy of the video of my sewer line and photos along with several quotes for further work. They were able to recommend a few different options.When I had to talk to AWWU about the issue I had, they were very glad that I had used drain masters, I got the impression that they trusted the work that they do.
No communication from the field technician on what the issue was, but whatever caused the deep kitchen drain clog is fixed.

The was my 2nd Appt the 1st tech tried to snake out my bathtub he was unable to go very far. He got me to agree to have another tech to come with a pipe camera—expensive. Today was the pipe camera tech. He did that down the sewer pipe. He wasn’t able to get all the way due to water in the pipe. He is going to recommend excavation of the sewer pipe—sounds expensive. In the process a shut off valve broke so now I have to pay a plumber come & repair that. I’ve spent two full mornings with this company & nothing is solved. He was able place flags in my lawn to Mark some trouble spots.
I’ve used them twice on a rental unit I own, and my goodness are they the best! They’re far cheaper than anywhere else in town that I’ve contacted, and far more polite than anyone else too! They’re thorough and pretty quick to fix big or small issues, and their techs are so great about explaining the breakdown of the job to you, and they’ve always given me advice on how to maintain things going forward. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber.

Our floor drain in our laundry room was overflowing whenever our washing machine would drain (washing machines pump the water out so there is a good amount of pressure), so i scheduled a drain clean out. I wasn't sure how things were going to go because our floor drain does not have a clean-out plug. The clean-out plug allows you to bypass the trap in order to get a snake down the drain a little easier. Drainmasters sent out a technician, Rees, and he was professional, friendly, and did a great job taking care of our issue. I would highly recommend drain masters and Rees specifically!

I was very impressed by the company. First person I talked with Rich seemed to be very concerned and cared and helpful. He sent a technician to observe the situation. The technician seemed knowledgeable and didn't treat my questions as unimportant.. he spoke to me in layman's term and helped me understand. The steam truck was called in.. they had hoped to be able to send the truck the same day ... but it out on a project that took longer than they expected .. but they got to my problem as quick as possible. The gentleman who was here with the truck was very courteous and polite and very helpful also with explanations and hints to try and prevent future problems. I am very impressed with everyone I had dealings with in the company. They treated me with a lot of respect as a person and not just as a project. Thank you to the company.

So in the past my family has used drain Masters. There were no complaint with their work. However, when 2018 or so the drain in our laundry will fill up. I found a old home remedy to unclog the drain. But it filled up again. No one is taking calls at Drain Masters

I found it annoying that they wouldn't give me any kind of idea on pricing before going out to the property (which they charged $40 for). Then when they did what I had asked them to do, they had an EXACT amount that they charge for that procedure. It wasn't billed hourly, but was a predetermined amount. They then quoted me for some additional work that was needed and I decided to call a different drain specialist before authorizing this. The other guy was significantly less expensive and did a great job.

It is always a pleasure to have a seasoned journeyman to show up to remedy a household problem. However, in this case, there was an added bonus. He had the unique talent to listen to what the customer had to say. He made me feel like I was an integral member of his team. He patiently listen to my advice, skillfully worked around my intrusions, and all the while, gave me the impression that he could not have completed the job without my involvement. The tech told me he went 80 feet without taking any clogs being freed so he suggested i hire the water jet team for about 800 an hour after paying him 650.00. I hired another company next day and within 15 feet freed the clog and had water flowing prefect. Reattached both toilets and cleaned their work area. All in less than one hour and less than 200 dollars. Im disappointed with your company to charge so much with no results its a shame i try to support local businesses and get nothing for my hard earned money

I have used three other drain cleaning companies over the past 20 years. They all got the job done but all left more or less mess. These guys were far more careful, cleaned up thoroughly even came back after stowing equipment with a spray bottle and rag to wipe down the floor. Highly recommended.

Mr. Henry is familiar with this residence as he was here before. When I called with what was thought to be a reoccurring issue, Mr. Jake started doing investigations and ended up calling Mr. Henry over. Together they discovered a new issue and gave me options. Mr. Cody, and his partner, Mr. David, whom are also familiar with my residence and it's issues, showed up a week later and cleaned the pipes that had been ignored for near 20 years prior to my purchase of the residence. Just bought a new home and it came with numerous sewer problems. When other companies were telling me it would be a week before they could come out, Drain Masters was out the next day. They provided an outhouse when the problem took longer to fix than expected, and coordinated with the city and took care of reporting all the repairs the city needed to do. The next time I called them they were equally responsive, and remarkably affordable for several days of work.

Randy, Joe and Jacob were all great! I had a frozen drainage pipe in my kitchen, effectively shutting down both sinks and my dishwasher. After a couple days of trying to DIY my way out of it I finally called them and they repaired it same day. They let me shadow them a bit and taught me a few things which I appreciated. Cost is really important to me, and they drove over, diagnosed the sink and crawl space areas, cleared the frozen pipe, and all of it was under $300 total. I’ll definitely call them again if I have any more issues.

The Good:Staff and tech were friendly.Called when they were late and called when they were on their way.Explained billing and costs when they arrived.The UglyI used them for years and they charged by the hour and I thought that's how I was getting invoiced. When tech arrived I thought I would ask just to double check. I found out they charge by the drain and not by the hour. $200.00 for main and over $300.00 for a branch line. Shame on me for not asking before they came out, I could have saved $69.00 service fee. Unfortunate for them, after using them for years Ill never use them again. Outrageous pricing!I can buy the equipment myself with that pricing Milwakee drain tool H-9931 for $320.00.Good luck on your new pricing, been great after all these years!

We had a technician come in the 1st day who presented a couple options. I signed for the less expensive one since we thought option 1 would be able to clear it. He was unable to clear the pipe due to an equipment that he didn’t have on hand. Grace called back to set up the next appt and she was very helpful as well. The next day I did receive a text stating that the tech was on their way with their picture attached which I appreciated. However, it was a different tech from what was texted to me though. It was Steve M. instead and he was very helpful and professional. He explained how their company operates and everything throughout the whole process and was able to thaw out the frozen pipe and get our tub usable again. There was a little miscommunication about the price that wasn’t his fault since I thought everything was explained to me the previous day with the option I signed for. They did honor the quote I signed up for which speaks a lot for their company. Steve was great, very professional, and he cleaned everything up after which was so appreciated (I’ve dealt w/ companies who leave their mess behind for me to clean). All in all, they offer a great service and I’ll definitely go through them again when needed.

These guys saved the day! We had another company come out and leave a huge mess, including leaving our toilet off, all while not taking care of the problem. Drain Masters came within half an hour of my call (4:30 pm on a Friday), fixed the problem, put the toilet back on, and cleaned up after the other company! They are the best!
Saturday morning I hear water running in the laundry room but no equipment running. I open the door to see the concrete floor covered in about a half inch of liquid. Judging from the food particles washing around I quickly deduct that the liquid is coming from the kitchen drain one floor above. I gave a quick shout out to my Mrs to stop whatever is draining. As I near the source I see that it's actually the laundry stand/drain pipe that is overflowing with kitchen waste.I grab the 16-gallon wet/dry vac and begin cleaning up the wet mess. I disconnect the clothes drier and haul it into the attached garage to make room for whatever repairs I'll need to make. I disconnect the clothes washer and slide it into a corner. Proudly I go to the garage and retrieve the Ridgid brand power snake/auger and a cordless drill. I got this! After running the small 1/4 line into the drain for the full 20 feet, I was surprised I hadn't hit any blockage although it was more difficult to remove the drain snake than to put it in. My victory dance was to flush the pipe with water from a garden hose... to my surprise, it filled and overflowed very quickly.Plan B. I used the wet/dry vac to remove the water from the stand pipe and held it in place for a few minutes, until no water was being removed. Then I placed the hose on the exhaust port of the vac and blew air into the pipe, thinking if I can pull the clog, I'll push it. Again, my victory dance was to flush the pipe with water from a garden hose... to my dismay, it again filled rather quickly.(A man with tools and no knowledge is dangerous and a man with knowledge and no tools is helpless.) I fall some place in between.Plan C. Swallowed ego, balanced the checkbook and began looking for plumbers. I contacted RotoRooter at approximately 2pm (it's Saturday) and told the lady my situation. She said she'd have her uncle call me. At 5pm I called RotoRooter again and reminded her. While I was waiting at my computer for a return call, I happen to read some reviews on the local company, I was none to impressed. I decided to look for an alternative. I contacted a plumber with Anchorage Plumbing and Heating after reading some good reviews. He explained that larger drains are a different type of plumbing shop and recommended Drain Masters.I contacted Drain Masters and was greeted by a pleasant lady who took my information and offered the option to have her tech come out after he finishes the job he was on or would I prefer to schedule an appointment. We elected to ask him to come out today, Saturday. Approximately 45 minutes later I received a call from the Tech, Steve, who said he was 15 minutes out.Steve arrived with tools and a great attitude. I told him I was going to ask him How's it going? But then I realized it was almost 9PM. He chuckled and asked, How can I help you? I took him to the laundry room and explained plans A and B with the failed victory dances. I told him I'm at his beckon call, whatever he needs, I'll get or do it for him. He explained he'd start with the auger and go from there. I got out of the way. I stopped about 20 minutes later and it had apparently cleared the drain and was snaking the floor drain Just in case. I told him that was good because both that floor drain and the garage floor drain were both very slow draining.When Steve had finished the floor drain in the laundry room he tested both that and the stand pipe, both worked well. Then, unexpectedly he moved to the garage floor drain. 10 minutes later he has that drain working better than it has in 10 years.Steve's attitude and work ethic reflect very, very well on Drain Masters. He has learned the fine art of a true service provider. He Under Promised and Over Delivered! (read that again). To top it all off, when Steve returned with the bill/invoice he had included the military discount without question. If the rest of Drain Masters technicians are as professional and service orientated as this man, there should be no hesitation by anyone to call them when needed.

Aidan was a great technician. He was polite, courteous, and informative during the entire process. Service was fast and extreme care was taken to make sure there was a tidy and clean environment throughout the service (shoe booties, booties for equipment, etc). Highly recommend.
I called Drain Masters at 9am, the team coordinator gave me a call at 9:07, and by 10:10a we had Karl and Shaun on site to give us solutions. They were able to give a very understandable and thorough explanation of what the problem was and how to repair it.They were also open to answering other plumbing related questions I had and gave recommendations. We got emailed an invoice with pictures, summary of work, and what next steps to take which is extremely helpful. Overall great service, we are very happy how smooth and quickly everything was done.

Wow, this outfit is AMAZING! From the time I called to make an appointment to the end I was so pleased. Customer service is phenomenal. Joe, our tech, was pleasant, explained EVERYTHING to me, told me the estimated cost up front before he started work, and left the area better than how he found it. He and his sidekick (I can't recall his name) really made my day. I would recommend Drain Masters 100% and ask for Joe.
