Best Plumbing Leak Detection in Anchorage AK

We had some pipes and our boiler freeze. I had another company tell me that the boiler was no good and to not try to turn it on. Hogins came out and we had our boiler up and running within 2 hours. Very knowledgeable and personable, would recommend to anyone.

I just moved to Alaska and into my first home. I was here just a few days when it was clear my drain in my garage was clogged. One morning I happened to be looking out the kitchen window and Artic Sewer and Drain was pulling up to my neighbor's house. I threw on my jacket and boots and went over and asked if they had a moment when they were done to diagnosis my problem and then get me on their schedule. I by no means expected them to resolve my problem that morning. But father and son Isaac and Isaac Jr. (or Joe as I like to call Isaac Sr ;) ) popped over when done at my neighbors and fixed my issues right then and there. Then they dispensed some friendly Alaskan advice to me. They both were incredibly welcoming, kind and friendly ... and got my drain issued resolved! I now have the sewer and drain company I will use for the rest of my Alaskan life! Thank you Joe and Joe Jr.!

What a great company. The gentleman that owns and operates is very knowledgeable and honest. He is also pretty funny. Had a septic mainline clogged and he came out right on time and gave me a courtesy call prior to coming. He was an Incredibly respectful person, these types of people are rare in Alaska any more. I highly recommend Jimmy and Kiko, I've hired them multiple times to install a base board heating system, replace a forced air furnace, replace a water tank, fix a cracked septic line, fix a natural gas line that was corroding in the earth in my crawlspace, and a few other odds and ends. Multiple members of my family also hired them to handle their plumbing needs and they are always satisfied with the results. They are professional, punctual, have integrity, and are easy to work with. I won't use anyone else, keep up the great work guys!

Highly recommend Sean! We had a leak from the garage ceiling and weren’t quite sure from which bathroom upstairs it was coming from. He found the leak quickly and was very professional and polite. He worked quickly and made it easy to understand the issue! He also pointed out maintenance that could be a problem in the future. Really appreciate the advice and help he gave.

I called Denali Sewer and Drain when my sewer service froze. The steam hose became lodged in my service. The technician tied it to his truck to free it but ended up breaking my cleanout and tearing the hose. He drove away, leaving the hose in my sewer. The company didn't offer to help even though I called repeatedly. A full 24 hours later they offered to send someone out but I had already called another contractor.

I feel like Denali Sewer and Drain took advantage of me and I hope they don't treat other customers this way. They didn't communicate any of the risks to me and they should have stayed to fix my sewer after they broke the hose.

We called with a leaky toilet. They came out to Willow right away and that problem plus a couple others were quickly fixed. They left the job sight cleaner than it was. We will definitely hire them again.

Called at 8:01 and they got to my house at 8:30. They were fast, friendly and did a great job...would definitely recommend them!!

I have contacted John twice, January 2020 and 2021, for different reasons. Returned home in 2020 from a trip and my pipes had frozen, John came right a way and ended up fixing the main leak and a secondary break after restarting furnace. This year I noticed a dry puddle under the furnace and corrosion on some pipes. After reviewing photos, John came within 5 days and replaced only what was necessary and checked the operation of the unit.

John's experience shows in his work, thoroughness and concern for his customers. I have referred John to friends and co-workers, who have let me know they too appreciate his service.

I'd say stop paying the big dogs for less and go to Fox for the best!

The Technician was awesome. (Michael.) He was very thorough and tracked down the problem. I am disabled and elderly and he was patient and communicated everything clearly. He went above and beyond, and I really appreciate Living Waters for all the help they gave me.

Called on an emergency twice as over a foot of water in crawl space Sunday 29 Aug broken sump pump (Left that on the voicemail). They were listed on a warranty contract to call the next business day, which would have been the 30th (Monday). I received that confirmation email at 6:29P.. No response to my 2 calls Sunday eve which I understand, but no response via text either on Monday (voicemail says they may respond faster via text left at 815 AM). Nothing, although the warranty email states they would call the next business day.

Called another service on Tuesday and they were out within 40 minutes of my call and fixed the sump pump in less than an hour. It's unfortunate one attempt to communicate in a timely manner would have prevented this. This review is based on their lack of response as I didn't have a chance to rate their work this time.

The people are rude, abrupt and customer service is entirely lacking. Mark has a horrible personality and should not be in charge of or even work for any business. Stay far away from this company
