Performed a full removal and replacement of my forced air furnace. The tech was on time, the install was smooth and clean. The tech cleaned up after himself and was out the door. They weren’t the cheapest quote. However, I think Diamond Heating provided the best value for my dollar.

Call Burton Repair for my parents. My parents are both retired.Their furnace wasn't working and they had no-heat, outside temperatures were -1 to -10. A Tech keep out in a few hours of my call and made furnace repairs. Thank God for Companies like Burton's. Amazing staff and skillful work...

I called Alaska Plumbing Service to repair a bathtub drain problem. The service was extremely prompt and friendly. Turns out the issue was not as simple as I had thought, but Trey, the journeyman plumber, showed me the problems and solutions every step of the way. He not only fixed what I knew to be a problem, but found an unglued drain pipe which could have become a serious leak under the tub. He created an access panel that is almost invisible. He worked hard and efficiently. I felt the price was more than fair. I will call this company any time I have a plumbing problem.

Google won't let me leave a second review so I have to just edit my original one. I had Landis come over again to finish a job I didn't have the smarts or tools to finish myself. He made it look easy. To reiterate what I said in my original review, I couldn't be happier! Landis is top notch. I highly recommend him!

Couldn't be happier. I had three jobs for him and i tell you what, he knocked them all out in less than five hours. I figured it would at least be a full days work. Will definitely hire again!

Unprofessional and blatantly lie to customers. We were scheduled for an appt from 8-9am today. My husband got a confirmation text at 8:14am that they were on their way. At 8:30am, when my husband called to inquire about their ETA, he was informed they had arrive at 8:21am, but no one answered the door or the phone, and that we would be getting fined for the missed appt. They claimed there was GPS proof that the guy was at our house at 8:21am and stated there should be a note on the door from him. My husband pointed out there was no note and offered to provide the camera footage from 4 exterior cameras that show the guy was never at our house. My husband spoke with 3 different individuals, all of whom basically called him a liar.

While they were timely and were able to come out next day, the service we received was mediocre at best. We called because our plumbing had extremely low flow, and their first fix was to replace the two most expensive things that could possibly be the issue. When questioned about it afterwards their response was “well it’s better than it was before” when our kitchen sink is still barely above a trickle. Not to mention our house was left a disaster - they unscrewed our accordion door and left it unscrewed when they left, sprayed water everywhere (and on me) in the bathroom, and left wood splinters all over the floor where they were working to name a few. Aside from the poor work ethic, they were swearing up a storm, slamming doors, and Larry was apparently so distracted that he couldn’t remember which way was hot/cold or which direction a shower head was installed. All of this and we got a bill for over $1500. When we called to talk about this, the woman that answered the phone was extremely rude and arrogant - without asking any details, she immediately told us that what we were charged was fair and there was nothing to be discussed. I work in the service industry and understand that time spent on-site is time spent and sometimes the part you think is the issue turns out not to be, but to leave it at “it’s better than it was before” is shameful. Hopefully it was just a bad day and other people don’t have this experience.
