Extreme Heating recently installed a Modine 100KBTU forced air heater in our workshop as a replacement for an older, unserviceable unit. Our experience with EH was excellent. The communication with the front office was professional and friendly, the service technicians were on time and knowledgeable, and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Extreme Heating.

I requested a quote through Lowe's and was please to schedule the visit for the next day. The owner came to provide the quote. He was very patient to explain what would be done and answered all the questions I had. The quote came in as promised first thing the next day and with itemized details. I was able to have my electric hot water heater installed a few hours after I finished the Lowe's paperwork online. From the quote to the installation, it was only about 24 hours. And the price is very reasonable. Much lower than another quote by another local business. I have to say - great satisfaction from start to finish!

Fast forward a year...

I notice there is a minor leak from the pipes above the hot water heater recently. It is just a few days passed the full year since the installation. I contacted the owner about the issue. A technician called to schedule the service in two hours and came to address the issue later that day. The service was performed professionally with no additional cost for me. The same technician has to come back for the follow up job later. He was very accommodating to my schedule. I had some questions after the follow-up service. The owner returned my call right away after he received my text.

I really appreciate the timely and professional customer service. They provide very reasonable priced and wonderful service. I will definitely have them for my future plumbing needs

Hot water heater went out. These guys responded, and were at my house fixing it within a couple hours. Would definitely recommend.

Had them come out for two separate issues and will be calling them again in the future. Found they have the best price in town for water heater replacement - They replaced my water heater and fixed the outlet plumbing. Did some valve replacement on clothes washer plumbing.

They are also the quickest to get in for evaluation and repair/replacement. Other places around town gave me the run around. Will definitely recommend All-Star to friends and family.

Wm97 + combi boiler was installed by Matt 5 years ago for energy audit rebate program in tune of $13k. Just little after 2 years (after warranty expired) boiler sensor went out costing me $200 for part and $130 for labor. This year, I noticed the heat was not circulating throughout the condo. During inspection Mtn mechanical Curtis determined a bad recirculating pump, nonfunctioning boiler pump, and internal expansion tank full of water. After everything said and done it cost me $760 for repair. It turns out internal pump was not faulty but the logic board is going bad. Estimated cost of $600 for the board. I refused this service for another time since the boiler is working, but not as efficiently.

My gripe is with Weil McLain for shoddy product, and also share blame to Matt for pushing this boiler model. It was sold under the disguise as reliable , dependable, and cost saving. I’m venting my frustration here as a warning to stay away from tankless water heater. Go with cast iron and good old hot water tank.

Mtn mechanical has been professional throughout this ordeal so that deserves some credit.

My next place to write review will be on Weil McLain product webpage. Luckily WM97 is discontinued but there may be other models like it.

Tom is top-notch and does a quality job. After our garbage disposal blew up, he replaced our disposal, sink and faucet in about four hours. Thank you so much Tom!

We've relied on 907 Heating & Plumbing extensively since we bought our house 3 years ago to upgrade nearly the entire plumbing system; install a new shower, sink, and toilet; and repair our boiler after the 2018 earthquake in which Everett facetimed with us while he was on his way to the airport with his Mom to guide us through getting the boiler up and running until he could get to the house. Our family definitely recommends them.

These guys have got it down! Total sweethearts!! They were able to come out to my house and diagnose the problem with in minutes. Gave me options on what products they recommended. We’re able to schedule me in a timely fashion. Showed up on time on the appointed day. Did the work well!! Couldn’t be more happier with theses. Awesome!!!

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! We had a heating issue and Brad came right over, evaluated the situation, and promptly fixed it. His level of service, knowledge, and time management is beyond the level that we have seen with any other company in the valley. Paragons prices are fair and very reasonable, and we never felt like he was milking the clock for an extra buck (as opposed to other companies we've used in the past). He was able to completly explain in layman's terms what went wrong, how to fix it, and how to spot any future issues we might have.

I HIGHLY recommend this company for any heating issues and will be referring our friends and family to this business as well. We will definitely be using Paragon in the future for all of our heating and plumbing needs. Two thumbs way up for outstanding service!
