When I had a frozen house, Craig made time the day I called to go to my home and secure it safely. I received his repair estimate quickly and he started as soon as the parts were available. His work is impeccable. He replaced my water filter system, natural gas boiler heating system and other under house components. I would give his business 6 stars if that was possible. Would definitely recommend him to anyone needing plumbing and heating repair.

I cannot speak highly enough of the guys at Paragon! They took care of me during the storms in Palmer. They took care of me when my furnace went out immediately after said storms. And most recently, Phil took care of me by sending me the literal angel that is Tyler. They installed a water filtration system in my home, which required they plumb from the crawl space to the garage. They were on time, professional, transparent, kind, enthusiastic, communicative, so sweet to the doggo (clearly of the utmost importance). They even let me head to Friday Flings while they closed up shop. It was easy, clean, professional, and above all else, so kind. Phil and Paragon genuinely believe in blessing others in the community. It is a huge part of their business model and it is reflected in their professionalism, care, courtesy, and kindness. As a woman, I entirely trust these guys to come and take care of things for me and be in my home. They are stand up dudes. That’s HUGE for single women. Additionally, these guys are COVID conscious and conscientious for those of us with immune compromised loved ones in the home. If you need someone to mask because someone you love or you, yourself, are undergoing immune suppressing treatment, these guys will reliably mask and take every precaution to protect your space. I truly cannot say enough about them. I’m an extremely discerning person and customer. I believe heavily in finding the best humans to work with. These guys fit the bill and I will never, ever pick anyone else. A business with heart, integrity, and quality of work. Seriously, would recommend them to anyone! You guys are the absolute greatest and I’m so thankful for you!!!!! Phil even text me tonight to see how the water turned out. The best.

They did a great job on the plumbing rough in for my addition and a few weeks later Brad was able to squeeze me in on the same day for heating system issue.

Friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff. Diagnosed and repaired my Navien combo unit.

Ive spoken to Brad a couple of times over the course of the summer to get an estimate for a boiler installation to prep my house to transition to in floor heat, he came over and did a walk around and provided a wealth of info. Followed up a couple times but never received an estimate. Ended up re-evaluating and called him again to see if I could get an estimate instead for a combi-boiler and some heating for the garage and adjacent rooms. Unfortunately I never received that estimate either and now I cannot reach Brad over the phone anymore. Understandably it is likely a busy season, but at least provide some updates.

Had no running water due to downed pump, they squeezed us in to ensure we had running water as soon as possible. Staff was professional and kind. They answered our questions and gave great advice. Would’ve definitely Use them again.

The technician was on time, diagnosed the problem correctly and quickly. Made some calls, drove to get the part and came right back. Installed the part and now we have heat in our home again. One thing I really appreciated was, even though my heating system is 15 years old, he didn't try to scare me into buying a new one. He said it is working fine and to keep using it till it dies. And he was reasonably priced.

We had Paragon rewire a boiler zone system. Now it works correctly and looks great. Thanks Paragon for your excellent professional work.

Brad is amazing! I had called two other well know companies in the Matsu Valley for a rental property. One never showed and the other could not identify the problem. Brad was courteous to our tenants, fast, and fairly priced. We were so impressed with his work he was our first call when our water heater went out at our personal property. Again, very responsive, courteous, and identified and fixed our issue extremely fast. I would highly recommend Paragon to anyone who needs fast and reliable service.

Had a laundry drain issue that could cause extensive water damage. Paragon technician Zach did an outstanding job of detecting the problem and making the appropriate repairs and correction to the plumbing system. Additionally, he flushed the tankless water heater and tested all lines going into the problem area. Kudos to Paragon and their technician Zach! Highly recommend!!

Brad came to fix an issue with our furnace unfortunately the furnace went back to working so we had him do a yearly service and he end up finding had a leak in the water pump replaced it and gave the furnace a good to go for next year,the cost was very reasonably and I would use him again.

Craig was quick, friendly and efficient. His bid was far lower than the competition and he honored it. The work was done in a timely manner and looks almost artistic! Once all was said and done he did more than he initially put on the bid but didn't attempt to increase the price. We have employed good plumbers in the past but Craig is the best.

My dog chewed my water heater wires just before Christmas. I had originally called HeatSource Mechanical and they charged me $179 to tell me my water heater was broken and never followed up regarding parts and price. After much frustration, couple weeks and lots of cold water later, I did some research and found Paragon Plumbing & Heating. Brad was phenomenal! I sent him pictures of my unit and what was wrong and he found and ordered the needed parts and was fixing my water heater 2 days later. By the recommendations of HeatSource I’d have to replace the entire unit, but clearly all it needed was a hard working, honest individual with the knowledge and excellent customer service to fix it. I can’t recommend Brad and his family owned buisness enough. Excellent company!

Brad is a honest hard working dude. A lot of techs don’t actually open up the boiler and clean it out. He gave my boiler what looked like it’s first real service. He’s also doing some plumbing projects around my house. Excellent customer service and explains everything. He’s definitely the only person I’ll call to work on my house!

During this wind storm of 2022 when alot of people lost power and heat like myself, I had broiler issues after power was restored. Was told to give them a call and less than an hour later after talking to Phillip and sending pics and info to him next thing I know brad was at my door and even tho the broiler needed parts that wasn't available at the moment he didn't leave until I had heat!!!!! Top notch heros in my book! Give them a call and I promise you won't regret it!!!!!

Needed a new well pressure tank, pre-filter and softener system. Craig scheduled the work within days and completed it within a few hours. Used these guys when our boiler stopped circulating hot water. Craig showed up on time, was courteous and professional, and diagnosed the problem quickly. Brad is an amazing plumber. Not only does he answer his phone when you call, he shows up when he says he will be there. I had an outside spigot that broke, and was leaking into my house. EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! We had a heating issue and Brad came right over, evaluated the situation, and promptly fixed it. His level of service, knowledge, and time management is beyond the level that we have seen with any other company in the valley. Paragons prices are fair and very reasonable, and we never felt like he was milking the clock for an extra buck (as opposed to other companies we've used in the past). He was able to completly explain in layman's terms what went wrong, how to fix it, and how to spot any future issues we might have.

Craig at Paragon Plumbing & Heating is top notch! We just bought a property in and moved to Wasilla, and not knowing the area, I called Paragon based on the reviews I found online. I thought I had a noise coming from my water heater. He arrived a few minutes early for our same-day scheduled appointment, and traipsed all over the house and garage with me trying to identify the beeping. When all was said and done, he assured me that there was nothing wrong with my water heater or garage heater, and that neither gives off audible warnings. After 15 minutes of his helping me try to locate the noise to no avail, I asked what I owed him for his time and he said no charge. What a guy! I will surely call him in the future with any plumbing and heating concerns. Thanks again, Craig!

DON'T CALL ANYONE ELSE!! I had another company come out to service our boiler/furnace when it stopped working, due to their lack of knowledge they wouldn't even touch our system. So we went without heat..... Out of frustration I looked up another company and was impressed by not only the reviews but knowledge of Craig. He was patient with me and my 100 questions, answered them all and took the time to fully explain the process. I highly recommend Paragon Mechanical, and can't say enough good from my experience with them! They were timely, polite, knowledgeable, clean, affordable and honest, what more could you ask for!!

I waited for 3 weeks to get my hot water heater fixed with another company in the Mat-Su. A friend finally said I should call Paragon. I talked to Brad on Thursday, the water heater got delivered Friday and he was out to install my new water heater on Monday. He installed it in less time than quoted and he even took the time to help me with a water softener install I was working on! Highly recommend Paragon.
