The guy that came to my house was named Chris and he smelled like he came from a dispensary and his attitude was really poor. Every time I asked him something about my boiler he would get snarky!! I wouldn’t let this company back into my house if I wanted some high idiot to look at my heating system I’ll call them but I prefer someone that actually knows what they are doing!

Joe was the technician we had today. He was on time. Courteous, professional and kind to my wife who was home when he arrived. She was very happy with the way he handled himself and completed to job. Cost was reasonable and seemed fair. We will use their service again.

They installed an entire bathroom for us in what was previously a storage space. They installed all fixtures/fans and re-routed the plumbing to accommodate the new space. They even added spot shut off valves for our convenience that was above the original scope of work. We plan to utilize them on future projects. Got it done quickly and within stated timeline.

Tim and company are awesome! I called with a toilet leaking issue in our guest apartment after our guests reported the problem. It was middle of the day, but Tim said he could come out in about two hours. He sent two gentlemen who were professional, polite, knowledgeable, efficient, just awesome! When they got here I asked them to also fix the bathroom faucet which was loose and leaking. And, to check all of our toilets! They did not hesitate, and got the entire job done within about 15 or 20 minutes. I’m so grateful to them all, this is a busy season for guests and they made it work. I keep them in my contacts and will always use them.

I can't say enough about how great John is. He came on time with a smile on his face ready to help. He was upfront about the costs and what certain things meant and would happen if we chose this over that. He was very transparent. We called because of our water heater, and he was here the next day with a new one. The entire time he was here he was pleasant, great to talk to, and very efficient in his work. We also had an issue with our dishwasher leaking into the sink and he knew immediately how to fix it and did so rather quickly. We are really impressed. I would absolutely refer anyone and everyone to him. We've finally found our family plumber. Call him, you won't regret it.

Awful customer service experience, probably the worse I've ever had, anywhere, with any product or service:
Trey, their customer service contact is rude, disrespectful, and not at all helpful.
Here are the details that lead me to say that:
First the company was asked to contact us to meet them at the property to go over the details of the repairs needing done and have a conversation in person. They did not do that, they just went and called after they had visited the property. Not a huge deal but not great.
Second, they were to submit to diagnosis into my home warranty within 24 hours of the home visit. Once this did not happen I and the warranty company tried reaching out (Trey is the only contact number available for the company). He would not answer or return my calls or the home warranty calls after several voicemails and texts. Finally he starts communicating but only through text with me even though I simply texted asking him to call me.
Third, he tells me via text that Mark, the technician was still working on the diagnosis and would call when it was ready. I informed him that it is required to be submitted within 24 hours, which had already passed. He only would tell me that Mark would do it when it was ready.
Trey would not provide me Mark's contact number to have the home warranty authorization department reach out to him, but then he said that Mark had already tried calling it in and could not get ahold of anyone and would try again later.
So either the fact that it was not yet ready or the statement that Mark had already tried calling was a lie.
I had the home warranty company on the phone ready to reach out and Trey still would not give me Mark's direct number, and said if they called him he could not connect them to Mark.
Instead he suggested just cancelling the service so they could assign a different contractor. I asked him to please not do that because I had an emergency water leak and needed it addressed immediately.
The home warranty informed me there is an online portal to submit the diagnosis so that should have been used instead of calling first anyway.
The home warranty offered to call the company but Trey insisted that he knew what he was doing and that they had to initiate the call so would not give me Mark's number.
He was rude and disrespectful by stating that Mark is on another job and you will have to wait for him to finish that,... I'm sorry you don't understand that
He then offered to cancel the job again.
I asked him to not cancel the job and even pointed out that despite this poor customer service I was dealing with they still had an opportunity to earn a good online review from me.
He then said I'm going to cancel this job with home warranty since we can't please you
