RJ and Demarco are a Father and Son team that did an AMAZING job for us. We were in a situation that we needed to remodel a small apartment bathroom after it had flooded. We had gutted the bathroom and purchased a shower kit to install. Unfortunately, after our contractor was not able to finish the job, we had tried several other companies/handyman in Anchorage that either were not available, job was too small, booked out several months, a no-show, or the quality of work was poor. Demarco had reached out to me after I made a post on the NextDoor app. He was quick to respond, gave me a call, and scheduled a free consult to go over our project the next day.

Demarco and RJ are such a pleasure to work with. Very professional and friendly. They both made suggestions on what we needed and the quality of work is superb. They installed the proper insulation behind the shower, fixed venting for the bathroom fan, installed the shower and drywall, waterproofed the floor, installed flooring, and installed the toilet/vanity. Plus, they painted the bathroom fresh and looks new! They gave us a proposal and were able to work that week and finished before the projected time. I actually ended up hiring them to do more work for us to have our apartment ready to rent again. It really restored my faith that there are people out there who have a passion for their work and treated our home like theirs. They took care of all the supplies, cleaned up the workspace pristine, and were flexible if we asked for more services or changes. Super easy and was such a relief to be taken care of. I saw a “before and after” photo on the Nextdoor app. Twice I saw photos that could be my bathroom. Then one day I saw a post that they had “openings” in their busy schedule and I made the call. Demarco came by. He listened to my vision, took measurements and photos. I was given a quote later that same day. I was given an estimate of time, 10 business days to complete. They did the job in 11. In all fairness, the extra day was due to a change I requested, so I am very happy with the time taken and estimates of. The attention to details was really good.
They had gutted to the studs and gave me a brand new bathroom. Soaking tub, new toilet and vanity.

We had a water heater that was 24 years old , needed an emergency replacement. These guys were able to help us instantly and at a affordable price. Job was done same day and we didn’t have to wait days or a month without hot water. Huge lifesavers! Very thankful for a family of 6. We highly recommend this company 100%. They installed an entire bathroom for us in what was previously a storage space. They installed all fixtures/fans and re-routed the plumbing to accommodate the new space. They even added spot shut off valves for our convenience that was above the original scope of work. We plan to utilize them on future projects. Got it done quickly and within stated timeline.

Professionalism in all aspects as well as family oriented, our house is constantly busy with kids and they still managed to come in and get their job done. They also gave us a follow up call on how everything is working after the job was completed.
