AK Clearwater Mechanical and Technician Gus are amazing to work with. All aspects of their call in for service scheduling as well and performance to getting the work done is top notch! I am a new customer with Drain Masters and was impressed with their automated IT system, efficient and professional schedulers and ultimately very professional, friendly and efficient Technicians. I highly recommend this company; definitely 5 star services.

I saw a “before and after” photo on the Nextdoor app. Twice I saw photos that could be my bathroom. Then one day I saw a post that they had “openings” in their busy schedule and I made the call. Demarco came by. He listened to my vision, took measurements and photos. I was given a quote later that same day. I was given an estimate of time, 10 business days to complete. They did the job in 11. In all fairness, the extra day was due to a change I requested, so I am very happy with the time taken and estimates of. The attention to details was really good.
They had gutted to the studs and gave me a brand new bathroom. Soaking tub, new toilet and vanity.
I look forward to using the team on my kitchen remodel!

First time I have ever felt compelled to write a review. I do a good deal of remodel projects around Eagle River and the Valley. Greg became my Go-To plumber the very first job he did for me. He was almost too fast for me. Had to adjust my schedule. Have never been disappointed since. He even laughs at my jokes! In all seriousness, He runs a great crew. Highly recommend Greg to general contractors and home owners alike.

Matt Akeson from Extreme Heating & Air, worked on my water heater today. Matt did a great job! Resolving a leaking pipe issue! Matt was friendly and professional and fixed the problem very quickly. Additionally, Matt took measurements & pictures of a rusty sink in my guest bathroom to prepare a quote for the work required to install a new sink and replace the PVC plumbing underneath. Extreme Heating & Air does it all! They installed and serviced most of my appliances; new water heater, new dishwasher, new garbage disposal unit, serviced my existing gas furnace and installed a new gas line for a new double convection stove! Thanks for another great job!

Cody Waite from Extreme Heating & Air, fixed a gasket leak on a recent new sink & faucet install. Cody worked fast! He was in & out and did a great job! Cody tested the new rubber gasket by filling up the sink and double checking the pipeline for Leaks. Cody was super friendly and professional and the work was accomplished very quickly. What a great experience! Kurdel was very professional. I had an electrical and plumbing problem with my furnace. Someone from one of the well-known companies came twice and was not able to fix the problem. A friend recommends Flow Star, I called and he showed up the next day. He took the time to explore, diagnose, and fix the problem.
He left the utility room cleaner then he met it.

The service was fantastic. Angela was able to set up a service call the next day. And her communication with me was great as I was not at the house at the time. She gave me detailed information on cost estimates and on what they did in fixing the plumbing. Highly recommend.

Great quality and service

Tom replaced the upstairs sink faucet and did a good job; he also replaced the p-trap at a later date. He made a parts run for the faucet and charged only the cost of part. His work is good and he's a likable guy.
