Called them after having lost faith in Anchorage Plumbing (horrible service and communication). Flow Star was quick and had someone out to install a new hot water heater the next day (after 5 days without hot water) based on pics I sent them!! They also processed a warranty refund for me!! Used them again at the office and they were just as quick and professional.

I can highly recommend this place. I needed my drain cleaned and scoped. I had another company quote me over five times the price. Chugach did a great job, I would hire them again in a heartbeat. They were professional, gave me a digital copy of the video of my clean drain. The cleaning was excellent. Drain looks great. Most importantly, they were honest. They didn't try to upsell me on expensive and unnecessary repairs.

I had a leak from loose tiles and a strange sound that occurred when both toilets were flushed about the same time. Found the leak and fixed everything within an hour. Great service and reasonably priced. I highly recommend!

Mason was really great to work with! We had extensive leaking under our kitchen sink and he was able to squeeze us in the same day we called for service! Mason got here on time, got the work done quick, and also installed a new faucet for our sink. I definitely would recommend working with the Plumbing & Heating Doctor and we certainly would work with Mason again.

The first time here, they thought the clog was fixed without snaking. A day or 2 later I found it was still clogged. They came back the next day and waived the fee for the 1st visit. They always clean up after themselves making sure not a spot remains. I’d recommend them in a heartbeat.

I called on Sunday evening about a clog and told them it wasn’t an emergency and was okay with waiting until Monday. I had to work Monday afternoon, though, so first thing would be ideal.

They called me Monday morning right at 9 and Dakota and Ryan were at my door by 9:30. They were in and out, professional, efficient, personable, and reasonably priced.

We had an urgent situation where the main shutoff valve for the water to our house was stuck and we couldn’t turn it back on. Living Waters came to our house after hours, unstuck the valve, and proceeded to repair a toilet that wasn’t working. The technician was professional and meticulous with his work.
