I’m late at giving these guys credit for awesome service. But it never fails, when my husband goes hunting my heat goes out and every time they have been prompt and amazing. They are currently plumbing and doing the HVAC in our addition. I couldn’t recommend these guys enough. Amazing!

Flow Star Plumbing and Heating gives Excellent Service. Kurdel the owner provided me with a quote for a new boiler and was able to do the install in a very timely manner. He communicated with me throughout the process, provided pictures and followed through with having work inspected by the MOA.

Robert sold the business to his brother Kevin Powell in the middle of the restoration of my mobile home after a fire. The support beams they charged to replace under my home, they sprayed with killz. The shed they charged to move and move back is now about to fall down. They stuck a two by four in the ground and nailed a block on the back wall to keep the back wall from collapsing. The door for my hot water heater can't be removed. Enstar had to come out because the gas line for my hot water heater was leaking. And could not get the door open. My porch leans into my home now. After they charged me for 27 hours of work. They actually only worked on the porch for three to four hours. I wish I could post pictures of the things they did and didn't do here. Water froze here last winter every time it got below 11 degrees. When I called them he told me to use a hair dryer. I feel they are very dishonest.

We had our line backup on the weekend... the guy came out and snaked it... less then 72 hours later the problem came back... The second guy who came out was very gracious and apologetic, explaining what the first guy didn't do and what he should have done to resolve the issue in the first place... The fact that Denali Sewer & Drain did not try to double charge us, explained to us what the issue was, and how it should have been resolved in the first place, is the reason I gave them an Excellent rating. It's one thing for someone to make a mistake and not fix the problem... we all make mistakes... But it's refreshing to find a company that's willing to go out of their way to fix the problem correctly once they know all the facts, be apologetic about it, not make up excuses, and go out of their way to make sure your issue is resolved to your satisfaction. Based on this experience, I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

Roy was on time and very professional. Was available same day which was wonderful and lucky. He made mounting tvs look easy peasy. In and out in a little over an hour for a 55 and 65 tv. Definitely will hire for future needs.

My water heater finally bit the bullet and we had been out of hot water for over a week. During the winter especially, and having a toddler, it is not a good situation! I work nights and tried calling some 24/7 places. No return calls or their inbox was full. Called Alkota, and they said a technician would call me back. Never did, (going off the reviews, it is probably a good thing ;) ). I looked at reviews and saw Diamond Heating. Gave them a call as soon as they were open. Instantly answered. Told them my situation and they sounded empathetic. Said they could have someone check out the situation the next day. I get a call from Sam, super friendly, highly energetic, and just and all around good guy. He gave me a heads up 15 minutes prior before coming over. Checked out my crawl space and took some photos. Said because our situation is more emergent, they could possibly fix it by the end of the week. Even came back the next day to double check measurements to make sure there would be no issues. Fast forward 1 day later, Andrew came over with someone else (didn't catch their name), and installed the water heater.From start to finish, Diamond Heating came, saw, and kicked butt. Literally called several other places and they couldn't be bothered. I really look forward to a hot shower!The only thing I docked them for, star wise, is the pricing. Doing some internet research, it said on the higher end, $3,500 should be the expected cost. When I got my quote, it was listed at just over $4,100. The listing had everything itemized, but there was no cost associated with the listings, so I couldn't determine what all costed that total.Now honestly, with it being really cold in town, not having hot water, and them actually being there when needed (plus installing in a small crawl space sucks), I'll take the hit. Just something to know.That being said, I would still highly recommend them. I will continue doing business with them in the future. Sorry for the long review, it has just been a big trouble for my family for the past week and having this kind of response just makes my month!

Awful customer service experience, probably the worse I've ever had, anywhere, with any product or service:
Trey, their customer service contact is rude, disrespectful, and not at all helpful.
Here are the details that lead me to say that:
First the company was asked to contact us to meet them at the property to go over the details of the repairs needing done and have a conversation in person. They did not do that, they just went and called after they had visited the property. Not a huge deal but not great.
Second, they were to submit to diagnosis into my home warranty within 24 hours of the home visit. Once this did not happen I and the warranty company tried reaching out (Trey is the only contact number available for the company). He would not answer or return my calls or the home warranty calls after several voicemails and texts. Finally he starts communicating but only through text with me even though I simply texted asking him to call me.
Third, he tells me via text that Mark, the technician was still working on the diagnosis and would call when it was ready. I informed him that it is required to be submitted within 24 hours, which had already passed. He only would tell me that Mark would do it when it was ready.
Trey would not provide me Mark's contact number to have the home warranty authorization department reach out to him, but then he said that Mark had already tried calling it in and could not get ahold of anyone and would try again later.
So either the fact that it was not yet ready or the statement that Mark had already tried calling was a lie.
I had the home warranty company on the phone ready to reach out and Trey still would not give me Mark's direct number, and said if they called him he could not connect them to Mark.
Instead he suggested just cancelling the service so they could assign a different contractor. I asked him to please not do that because I had an emergency water leak and needed it addressed immediately.
The home warranty informed me there is an online portal to submit the diagnosis so that should have been used instead of calling first anyway.
The home warranty offered to call the company but Trey insisted that he knew what he was doing and that they had to initiate the call so would not give me Mark's number.
He was rude and disrespectful by stating that Mark is on another job and you will have to wait for him to finish that,... I'm sorry you don't understand that
He then offered to cancel the job again.
I asked him to not cancel the job and even pointed out that despite this poor customer service I was dealing with they still had an opportunity to earn a good online review from me.
He then said I'm going to cancel this job with home warranty since we can't please you

I had a pipe under my kitchen sink with a small hole in it and water coming out. After calling Summit Mechanical, Bill was fixing my problem in less than an hour and didn't charge extra because it was after 5pm. Had my pipe fixed within a few minutes. Very knowledgeable. Excellent service!!! Summit Mechanical will be the first company I call when needing any plumbing services.
