Chris at Hoover is very knowledge and thorough with his work inspecting our HVAC system. Having him come out was very worthwhile and informative for us.

Last night our 2 year old pedestal sump pump seized, filling our crawl space with smoke. Having already replaced the pump three times in 30 years with the same basic hardware store model, we decided to turn this over to a professional. I phoned Plumbing Now at 8 o'clock this morning and explained the situation to the friendly woman who immediately answered the call and relayed our request to the office. Within half an hour I received a text and then a phone call from the owner, Mark, who said that his crew would arrive between 9:00 and 11:00 a.m. At 11:05 he called back to say that they were on their way. It is now noon and we have
new submersible sump pump. Adam and Max were courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. We found the price to be well worth the peace of mind we gained after last night's scare. The only other thing I can add is that 'Plumbing Now' should be renamed 'Plumbing Wow'!

I had a pipe freeze and burst during the winter. Johnny came out the same day I called and took care of it. He was polite and professional.

Edit; Yes the fence was finally replaced several months later and I am happy now. Please in the future, try harder contacting all property's affected by your work. Emergencies are unforeseeable, but leaving adjoining owners in the dark about damages can be avoided. I still have to come out of my own pocket to replace the grass that was ruined. I should not have been affected by this at all, and since I have been, I should be made whole without hesitation.

The work was perfect. They opened up the drywall and found the leak at the exact spot, and they fixed it all for me within few hours. They explained the process the entire time, and kept me up to date. Their prices are great, and quality of work is even more amazing.

He is sincere and he cares for his clients! I highly recommend this gentlemen to help you with any of your plumbing needs! Cameron was timely, polite, efficient and personable. I had a new waterline for my new refrigerator installed. He did an excellent job, it looks finished and works perfectly! He cleaned up after the work was complete. Cameron was even kind enough to share some tips and knowledge. I will be using Cameron, Levine and Sons for all my plumbing needs.

I have used Tru Flo twice since I bought my house. The first time was okay however a little pricey. He did suggest putting in a sewer access in my backyard to help if any more issues occurred. That was very helpful. Fast forward almost 2 years and the tree roots came back full force. So had to call back and request service. WILL is the plumber that came out. He was very professional and got the job done quick and even said he would come back out if anything else. He Fixed it so didn't have to call back. They said they would be out in an hour or less. They kept there word. With the new access from last time made it easier and faster. I would highly recommend Will and Tru Flo Plumbing. Not sure what the 1st plumber name was but if you call ask for WILL. I guarantee you will be very happy with his work and professionalism. He told me a price before starting and kept his word to the penny!!!! You can even use coupons. Look in the phone book.

I called them on Monday morning to schedule an appointment for someone to come out to take a look at a leaky faucet. They said they are able to send someone out the same day in the evening from 5-9pm. I got a call a few hours before they were set to come out stating they were running behind and if we can reschedule. Not a problem. Rescheduled for Thursday between 1-5pm, took half day off at work to wait for them...No call, no show. Got a missed phone call at 6:15pm, they didn’t even bother to leave a voicemail. I called back around 6:40pm, was told they wouldn’t be able to make it today. It would have been nice to get this information much earlier so I wouldn’t waste my time waiting around. Spoke to a clueless guy, told me he’ll contact his manager to see what they are able to do for me. At this point, I wouldn’t even want to do business with them. Extremely disappointed in the customer service, and clearly this company does not value my time. Save yourself the trouble and find a different company who values your time.
