From the original quote to the Boss to the Plumbers and to the drywall repair, every trade was punctual, professional, courteous, very personable & accommodating, and happy to go the extra mile. The cost was very reasonable and included cutting out the minimal drywall sections, the entire refit and then total drywall repair right down to priming. There was no inconvenience to us and were very respectful with no mess made and their clean up was as professional as their work.
I am overly impressed with there professionalism, workmanship, and friendly attitudes. I even learned a few things they taught me.

Shane - the tech who came out - did a fine job. He was polite and seemed knowledgeable. That is the main reason why Cregger gets 3 stars. When I first reached out to Cregger, I was very clear on what I needed: a company with a scope that could assess where my pipe vent was cracked. I was told that I’d be scheduled with a plumber who goes up on roofs (because some of Cregger’s techs don’t go up on roofs). I was surprised when I took Shane to the vent and said that he doesn’t go on roofs without another tech present. I was ready to end the meeting there, but because we spotted him and provided him with a ladder; he went up (again, thank you Shane). The scope was not able to move far down the pipe as the pipe narrowed from 3 inches to 1.5.Kate, the scheduler, said there would be a charge of $125 and that the $125 would be applied to the fee of any future service they do after the assessment. I was a little taken aback when I wrote a check for $350. Live and learn. I know plumbing services are not cheap. But I did learn that Cregger is not the company for me as the communication isn’t clear. 350 dollars later, I am no closer to finding an answer. The company did not meet my expectations or needs.

Anthony Carmona came to diagnose and repair my A/C unit that had stopped cooling during some of the hottest weather we have had recently. He was on time, energetic, personable, and professional during the service call and was able to diagnose and fix the problem very quickly with a minimum of fuss. This service call and scheduling was done through my home warranty by AHS and the entire process was simple and painless.

This company came out to attempt to fix a clogged drain. They cut the metal drain cap off the drain and didn’t have the decency to return it back to the way it was. Then he tells me that to fix the problem they need to replace the whole drain pipe in the basement and bust up some of my basement floor. Do not use this company very unprofessional! I reached out to them to tell him that he broke my cap and he yells at me proceeds to tell me to get another plumber to fix the cap

My main sewer drain was backing up out of the floor. They came and drilled it out. The clog was way out. They were friendly and understanding. Great experience with this company.

Mr. Brock installed a new hot water heater for me. He assisted me in the type of heater that I should purchase. He picked the heater up from the store, brought it to my home and installed it. I was very pleased with his service. He was polite and very professional. He took time to answer all of my questions and made sure that I understood the work that he was doing in my home. He had to turn my gas off, so he made sure that all of my gas appliances were working properly before he left. It was a pleasure to have Mr. Brock take care of my concerns with my hot water heater. He also took the time to take care of a leak under my kitchen sink. I am senior citizen, who lives alone, I was very comfortable with Mr. Brock, working in my home. I would definitely recommend him. His prices were reasonable and fair.
